I bought two fans on 27 May for delivery on 2 June 2026. They arrived late on 11 June. One works; the other doesn’t oscillate.
I’ve tried calling and emailing, but calls drop after long waits and I’m told to email instead. I’m still waiting for a response to arrange a replacement or refund, and compensation for the poor service.
These are excellent, very stylish, easy to use and don`t look out of place in any room.
Easy to carry and not heavy but solidly built
Both the cool air and heat is very quick, it oscillates so it can give a good all round coverage or you can have it fixed for a direct fan.
So far only needed the cool air but having tried the heat it seems to pack a punch so will be great for the cooler months !
All in all i was very pleased with my order and would certainly recommend from my experience.
The fan covers extremely well packed in a neat box.
I rate Vortexair, very impressed with the product and service given.

Yet another bad review.
After going through the ordeal of ordering these items by accident I went about attempting the cancel the order. Try numerous times to contact customer services which proved to be extremely tedious with inconsistent response times and unable to get any response via phone call. Eventually someone informed me that despite being out of stock, it was not possible to cancel the order as it had been marked for dispatch and one of the 3 items had been dispatched already.
I had to wait 2 weeks for all items to be sent from ordering and have contacted the customer services team asking to start a returns and refund process. I explained that the items had been ordered mistakenly and I did not wish to have them. I advised them they were unopened in the original packaging. The first response I had was to offer me a £30 refund to show how much value I was as a customer. I told them I didn't want this and reexplained as to why I wanted to return the items. The second response to add injury to insult was to offer a £50 refund to show my value as a customer. Below this was the returns process to which I am now expected to pay for a courier to return the items. I have never known such an unprofessional organisation. The lack of customer services and communication is extremely disappointing. There is no proper way of keeping on top of and tracking orders and no form of customer portal once you have ordered. I am contacting trading standards and ombudsman to take this further as im extremely disappointed given I'm a "valued" customer over the dealing of this matter for the past 2 weeks!

Like numerous others including a dedicated Facebook group regarding problems my purchase was not smoothe.
Ordered 25 May 2026 with advertised 'Next Day' delivery haha.
Rang company "customer care" who never ever answer the phone, get to front of queue having waited considerable time to hear a pre-recorded answer phone message advising you to email.
Did just that ignored.
Emailed again 2 days later, ignored.
Started a PayPal dispute, got an email from company (Vortex) with a tracking detail (surprise it didn't work).
Another 2 days pass no delivery tracking number still inoperative. Then I get a questionnaire asking me how I am enjoying my product!!!
Tried emailing them again no luck/no response.
On 10 June 2026 fan finally arrived, weather is rubbish so unable to say if any good or not. 16 days late.
Appalling customer service. Dreading if item breaks in the guarantee period.

webite clearly states 2 day delivery so i ordered a fan
on june 1st.after paying recieved an email stating item would be dispatched june 15th not what was stated on website.june 12th i sent an email asking to verify delivery would be on the 15th june receieved an email back stating item would be dispatched 9th july so in all the delivery time would be approx 6 weeks !!!!
i emailed vortex air back cancelling the order to which i havent recieved a reply as yet so i raised a refund case with paypal which paypal immediately agreed,probably sick of issuing refunds on behalf of vortex air.
problem easily solved by vortex air ,dont state promises you cant keep .lots more complaints on here basically the same problems so source from somewhere like amazon which i intend to do
Seller can reply to reviews on trust pilot with excuses but not to buyers.seller also advertising 2 day delivery but had not stock

Just brought a Vortexair plus. Delivery was excellent and the fan works perfectly. It is even quieter that I thought it would be. I used courier Evri. They attempted a return today but were unable to deliver. They will try again on next working day. I have emailed the company and no response as usual. The return address is

The worst company, avoid them! They offer next day shipping and you wait almost 2 weeks. If you want to return an item, you have to contact them first. They don't respond to emails until the end. They keep you on hold until you can return it because it's a mere 30 days. Additionally, when you call the hotline, you wait over 40 minutes and if you're first in line, the signal is turned off. You have to call again and the same thing happens. YOU CAN'T CONNECT WITH THEM!

Done a charge back and within a day or so received a refund. So I suggest you all do the same. They will also get charged for it and they deserves it. The lack of service needs to be reported to trading standards because it is not acceptable to treat customers spending good money for item that they have no idea they are going to get.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL DEALING WITH VORTEXAIR IS A NIGHTMARE
Ordered 2 fans on 26th May. Eventually, one arrived on June 8th, the invoice states 2 fans but only received one. Emailed many times, received a copy and paste reply. To date 12/06, not had any further details of when/if the second fan will be delivered. Called the number provided, held on 6 times for over an hour, to be disconnected when I’m second in the queue. Fan is good, but would NOT recommend buying from them. As I’m typing this, I’m calling them again for the second time today and after holding on I’ve been disconnected again.
I have received a response back stating they delivered 2 when on my doorbell camera it shows clearly one with the delivery guy and my son asking where’s the second one, the delivery guy saying there’s only one.
15/06/26-Thank you for the same reply I have received many times. I have been in contact with the support staff many times, only to receive the reply you have just given me. However, last time, I was told, both had been delivered, which is not true. I have video proof of your delivery guy carrying one.
Vortex either needs to employ staff that can actually reply properly to customer concerns not ones that copy and paste the same reply over and over again.

No confirmation of when order will be arriving. No response to emails, impossible to get hold of customer services on the phone. Finally got hold of someone called David Owen on What's App saying order has been cancelled and would need to log onto an app for refund, said I wasn't going to do that. He said then I would have to google where office is and go down there for refund. This is a scam company, do not buy from them please.

What a nightmare of a company. Wait almost 3 weeks for delivery, despite advertising next day delivery. We want to return the product as found something else and are told the item can only be returned within 30 days of the date of order!! On top of that we have to pay to send it back. Customer Service is horrendous! Highly recommend you do not use this company. Plenty of other suppliers out there who look after their customers. Amended 12 June - standard crappy response back from Vortex. Same response they use on Social Media.
