What a nightmare of a company. Wait almost 3 weeks for delivery, despite advertising next day delivery. We want to return the product as found something else and are told the item can only be returned within 30 days of the date of order!! On top of that we have to pay to send it back. Customer Service is horrendous! Highly recommend you do not use this company. Plenty of other suppliers out there who look after their customers. Amended 12 June - standard crappy response back from Vortex. Same response they use on Social Media.

I would advise against ordering from this company.
I ordered a fan on the 31st of May, under the impression (due to their advertising) that it would be delivered the next day.
It is now June 12th and I still haven't recieved any update regarding when it will be delivered, I have emailed the company requesting a delivery date and they still won't provide one - not even as much as what week or month I can expect it.
I requested a refund and my emails are being ignored.

High marketing costs, no doubt but now can’t sustain the growth. Zero replies to emails wanting to return the item.
The actual unit isn’t that great, doesn’t cool that well. I guess it’s a question of paying cheap, paying twice. Dyson here we go!

Avoid at all costs. It's a scam company. Ordered end of May, next day delivery. Contacted several times. Told we don't track shipments it'll arrive when it'll arrive. No update since. No message from any delivery person or order confirmation yet and money out of bank. 15 days on...nothing.
Will be reporting to police and bank as fraudsters.

Would give Zero Stars if I could! 15 days & it’s finally arrived after promised next day delivery, I ended up purchasing a fan from curry’s on the 6th day because I was sick of waiting!! Vortexair Customer service terrible! Waiting in queue for 45 mins just to get cut off terrible! Promised a response from email in 48 hours, nothing but radio silence! Now for the fan it’s self, its bang average, nothing special at all, well over priced for what you get, I gave the fan away because I just did not want to deal with this company again for a refund! Not the fans them self which are ok
(so far), but the customer service & website site are dreadful!
I ordered 2 in error & despite pointing this out literally a minute after I'd done it, they said they could not cancel my order! I think said I wanted to cancel the whole order & they again said it couldn't be done!
Then the fans didn't arrive....for weeks! I again asked for my money back, saying it was now too late, but nothing! They eventually arrived- one yesterday & the other today.
I would like to send them back, but don't know if I'm ever see my money again. I'm now stuck with at least 1 expensive fan that I don't want!!!
Rubbish, rubbish, rubbish company!

Very disappointed with this purchase. The fan arrived faulty and makes an extremely loud, horrible noise from the moment it is switched on, which appears to be coming from the motor. It is completely unusable and cannot be operated even for a second.
The customer service experience has been equally frustrating. I waited on the phone for over an hour while the system kept saying I was “position 1” in the queue, but no one answered. I also sent an email and have been waiting for more than 48 hours without receiving a proper response.
I expected much better quality control and customer support. At this point, I am simply trying to return the faulty product and receive a refund, but the process has been unnecessarily difficult.
I would not recommend this product or the customer service based on my experience.

Absolute SCAM WEBSITE!
products don't arrive. Customer service doesn't answer your emails despite 5 sent and phone lines disconnect, they make you wait on line and when is your turn an automatic message says send an email and disconnects the lines. Absolutely disgusting. Currently flagging this website as scam and reported it to the bank. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered the Vortex air pro on the 26th March in the hot spell because the website said next day delivery and on completion of the order it gave me a delivery date of 2nd June, I have tried to contact the company for a response a number of times but it seems the email is an automated reply system, I also contacted the company by telephone and was waiting in a queue (number 18 in the queue) for well over half an hour, when I eventually got through it was again an automated answering service saying please contact us by email so it seems if you have a problem they are not too keen on solving it, I got an email on the 8th saying your order is on its way but when you track it with D X who are supposed to be delivering the item it just says we have your order details but still not collected, if the fan does ever arrive I hope to god it performs better than the company themselves.

Trying to return my order under their 30 day money back guarantee and honestly the service is worse than the fan (and that is saying something). The AI generated customer service response fails to answer any questions and when I ask questions again it's the same unhelpful copy paste response. It seems clear they are just wasting time to run down the 30 days. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. They are honestly awful

Since receiving the useless piece of equipment on 28th May (I’m not even calling it a fan as I can blow air harder) and requesting a refund and return under the 30day money back guarantee I still have had no response to my emails or chat support. Don’t even bother calling customer services to chat to a ‘real person’ as after 30-40minute wait you just get an answer phone message telling you to email support.
Absolute jokers and I’ve started a chargeback on my credit card.

The add said next day delivery 10 days later I get it . I try and return but 4 days of hours calls and no one answers you get to position 4 and it tells you to email them . I email them … no response 2nd email offers me £30 to keep it . I just want to send this back to you as we went and brought another due to delays and get my money back why can no one give me this information . Dreadful customer service

WORST SERVICE EVER.
I’ve never experienced service so poor.
Order didn’t arrive next day like they advertised. Took almost a week, and they sent the wrong colour.
Then you try and speak with support to just be ignored for weeks even after multiple follow ups.
Having to chargeback as the won’t even reply to arrange collection and refund.
Wild how poor the service is considering they are still replying to reviews on Trustpilot and not customer emails…

I bought a Vortex Air Plus heater and it arrived without remote control, so unable to use. After 2 phone calls of waiting from 21/14 in queue, I was cut off at beng second in. Queue and advised to email which so did. I received a email 2 days later to say a team where at my query. I waited 2 weeks and another 2 emails to get an email stating how busy they were etc and that my order would be dispatched! I emailed again to ask them to review my original email as I had received my order minus an essential part…as yet no reply. Dreadful after sales.

Terrible experience. As all the other reviewers have said, I ordered back on the 26th May, still not received the fan. Tracking has stayed at waiting for parcel.
The 'Owner' Jules had the cheek to send an email asking how satisfied I was. I replied that I have not got the fan yet. Over the next few days I have emailed customer support several times to ask where my fan is, and finally to ask for a refund, and to date I have not had a single reply. Incredibly annoying and poor customer service.

2nd review for you guys i ordered 26th of may well its the 10th of june and still no items you updated tracking on the 8th and the delviery company are still waiting on the item iv started a refund process through my payment as I think its a scam 220 pounds out of pocket at the moment spent hours on constant hold to be kicked off after 30 mins emailed your company twice once 6 days ago and once 3 days ago still no response customer service is nill and void clowns
