Great service as always
Great service, delivered promptly and a great product. I like the way to rolls are fastened with tape rather than the odd tear strip some companies use that seldom works properly. Will order again, now, I'm just working out how many reviews I need to write to get a discount on a DS620 😃

Tetenal have a really easy to use online ordering system available to wholesale customers. This, coupled with their amazingly efficient warehouse staff ensures my business has required stock delivered on time the following day.

Great to deal with. Very helpful and friendly and treat their lower volume photographer customers with the same courtesy and professionalism as their high volume customers, (unlike some other suppliers who don’t even bother replying to enquiries from lower volume clients), and their prices are as good as you’ll get anywhere.

Not delivered on time
Not delivered on time, was told fedex tried delivery, but no attempt card left at property, after chasing for few days, new order completed and even that not delivered on time, not sure what is the point of paying for next day delivery!
After speaking to them - Beth went out of the way arranged 3rd delivery through a different courier which arrived just in time.
