The staff could not have been any better they found our perfect mattress thankyou so much

The staff in-store were extremely helpful.
The delivery was excellent and the staff well-trained and explained what should happen next.
Sleeping in the bed is a dream.

Unfortunately although I had booked to have my bed constructed by the delivery men they advised against it as my new carpet had not been delivered. My bed is still in pieces so have not slept in it. However I found the delivery men very considerate and was told that they would organise my refund for assembly which was very kind. From when I walked in the Norwich store I found choosing my bed an enjoyable experience and feel that the company go out of their way to make shopping with them easy and free from stress

The bed is well made. It was taken up to my room very efficiently. I only had to clip both halves together and put the headboard on. Even for a non DIY person like me it was very easy to do.

product and general service were very good and lived up to expectation. But sadly company believes every body is a techno whizz kid and has competant use of computer systems.
I,m trying to contact Cust Svcs Dept X phone to arrange a partial refund ,am finding it almost impossible and to wait the reqd time for operative costs more in phone call than refund that is reqd.

Awful just Awful - do not believe the hype
We purchased a medium firm mattress just over 9 months ago and for the first 6 months it seemed ok then we started to get lower spine aching. We noticed the bed had sagging where we slept. We contacted customer support who sent out an ‘ independent assessor’ to review. His verdict is that it is perfectly within Dreams spec for the bed to get troughs where you sleep and why not try sleeping in the middle where it’s still firm . Wonder why you only get a 40 day return policy and a 1 year warranty . Shoddy , So shoddy like dealing with 80’s double glazing crooks. Shame on you Dreams

The bed so far has come up to our expectations, after having a Dreams bed for so many years before this one.
