Excellent Customer Service
On entering the store I was immediately greeted with a friendly Hello & was asked if I needed any assistance, I knew what I was looking for & was shown the mattresses by Dave, offered a pillow to try & given a full explanation of build, quality & price.
On agreeing to purchase I was offered a drink & the service received was superb from Dave & all the staff

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
In store, Dreams are friendly, knowledgeable and offer great advice; And give you plenty of time to try the mattresse to make the right decision. Some are made to order however, and can take up to a month for delivery - this is the only thing to keep in mind.

I am sorry to hear of the lead times you have experienced. Having had a look at your order, i can confirm that both mattresses are made to order so do carry a production lead time. We do have a wide range of stock mattresses.

We were given helpful advice, and time to view,
Without being under pressure to buy. When we had decided what we wished to purchase, it was straightforward, the salesman was very polite, as were the other staff. When it came to delivery , we were given choices of dates, and from there, we were updated several times to show the progress of our delivery. It arrived right on time.
