We were greeted as we walked into the shop, by a very friendly gentleman, who simply said if we needed anything he was there! No hassle. We were left alone to look at mattresses, when we did go ahead to order it was simple, not too many questions, delivery slot was within a few days, delivered with communication and lots of e.mails advising us of what time etc.
Mattress is lovely all went well, and would recommend for sure.

Delivery was within 5 days.

The salesman was friendly and professional. He demonstrated the bed and allowed me time to look around the store before I made my final choice.
He showed me the breakdown of costs before finalising the sale.
The delivery was on time and the team constructed my ottoman bed in no time. The guys were very professional and took great care. They explained how to care for the mattress and checked that I was happy before they left.
My fist night was not as comfortable as I had hoped, however, 7 nights
later I was sleeping better and the mattress feels more comfortable.
The storage capacity is great. Closing the storage area needs quite a bit of strength but I am told that it will become easier with use.
Two weeks on I am very happy with my bed.

better customer service and aftersales
purchased a sleepmotion 200i adjustable bed in march 2020 both motors have now failed , mailed customer service enquired if they were available and how much were they , reply was i would need an independent inspection to see if there is a manufacturing fault emmiera can do this at a cost of £75 if found faulty they will replace , I replied i do not need an inspection it is over 4 years old and is down to wear and tear so please could you let me know the price and how to order them as i am wanting to purchase , reply was we have the motors but you will need an inspection and we will look at the report , disgraceful they have the motors but will not sell them to me , nearly a grand up the spout , so dont buy a sleepmotion bed unless you want to throw more money away on a useless inspection , gave one star as the bed is very good when working , but customer service and aftersales non existent . would have to think very hard about purchasing from dreams again . UPDATE , Have to upgrade star rating as a fantastic chap by the name of simon took up my case and even supplied a new motor , unfortunately this motor has a different connection to the control box so can not be used , the original motor looks as if it has been discontinued but that is not dreams or simons fault , thanks for all your help .

We bought a new bed and mattress from Dreams and are very pleased with both. We had the 'mattress test' where you lay on a bed and the sensors on it tell you what sort you need. We had a medium one and it is so very comfortable. No pressure from the sales team and the chap that we dealt with was very helpful. Delivery was on time, bed was easy to assemble and we were very pleased with our purchase. Would definitely recommend Dreams.
