Dreams - Llandudno Omdömen 

We called into Dreams Llandudno and were served by Kevin - he was so helpful including having the mattress assessment. He dealt with us with patience and humour and we bought a new bed and a new mattress

I was having difficulty ordering 2 mattresses online, so I rang the Llandudno store. I was extremely well looked after by Jack, who listened to my requirements and couldn't do enough for me. The product was delivered on schedule, and is exactly what I needed. I will go back to Dreams should I require anything more.

Bed originally went to the wrong location as the postcode entered by the online team was incorrect. However, the bed was delivered by the end of the week and the delivery team were great. Bed is excellent and comfy.

If I could rate 6 stars I would! Dreams customer service have been absolutely fantastic supporting me with my order, and honouring a price drop that happened a couple of days after the order as the item hadn’t been delivered yet- absolutely fantastic service. I haven’t received my order yet; but I have no doubt from the fantastic service I’ve had so far that if I have any problems they will sort me out swiftly and fairly.

Such a pleasure to deal with all the staff at Dreams. The delivery guys were so helpful and friendly- which you don’t always get in London.
The extra pillows etc arrived on time as promised via Royal Mail. Thanks !

Very friendly and helpful staff in our store visit. The sleep match was very helpful to establish which mattress we needed, as we had no clue before entering the store. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely awful experience! I was mis-sold a mattress. They don't tell you until after you buy it that 'Dreams mattresses fit Dreams beds' and may not fit other beds, and furthermore the mattress was not the size it was supposed to be. After a catalogue of other areas, Dreams have turned around and said that the faulty mattress they collected from me over a month ago is still in my possession, even though I had already confirmed it is not (since their records seem to be lacking) so they are effectively saying I am lying. They claim to have 'investigated' but this did not include contacting the driver who collected the mattress, who I have spoken to. The customer service is shocking and if I ever eventually get through there is never anyone available who can actually do anything to help

Ordered a mattress from this company, the Chat advisor gave really helpful recommendations for the type of mattress I needed and then once my purchase was made I was kept fully informed of the day and time of delivery, I received a text on the day, a call from the driver 20 mins before they arrived. The delivery team were friendly and helpful, overall very pleased with the service from Dreams and would definitely use this company again!

We only visited to look at the items but ended up buying more than intended, we were greeted by the friendly staff, we were then allowed to browse through the store without the staff being on your back and hovering around, when we needed advice then staff were easy to deal with with a lot of product knowledge, can 100% recommend, would definitely visit again,

I had excellent service in the Llandudno shop, no pressure and plenty of sound advice. Chose a Tempur mattress and provided delivery instructions, including the fact that my property is accessed by going under a low bridge. I was assured that the mattress would be delivered in a suitable vehicle. The delivery slot was arranged for the following week. So far so good. The day before delivery the driver rang, off his own bat, to confirm the address and access. He told my husband that the vehicle was too large to go under the bridge and he would check for a smaller van. Customer services quickly rang back, but with the news that a smaller vehicle was not available. Delivery day arrived, the delivery driver rang to confirm time. My husband agreed to meet him in the village car park with a flat bed truck that he borrowed. The driver and his mate helped him put it on the truck and were polite and as helpful as they could be, under the circumstances. He drove it home, thank goodness it wasn't raining, and maneuvered it into the house that evening after my son finished work. So the (almost) £2000 mattress spent the day on my driveway. Not happy that we were not contacted straight away about the lack of transport and we certainly did not experience the "First class delivery service" advertised.

After leaving my initial review I was contacted by Dreams who offered an unreserved apology and agreed to update store staff with vehicle dimensions for future reference. I am happy with their speedy response and would purchase from them again.

Bought 3 Tempur matresses at a very good price. My first purchase from Dreams and everything has been smooth from the call I made purchasing them to the delivery which was excellent. A seamless service from start to finish which is the stuff of dreams! The delivery guys were brilliant, very polite and professional, took all 3 mattresses upstairs with no problem. Well Done Dreams!
