very comfy mattress
delivered on time and unwrapped. phoned about 2 hours before delivery to give an approx time. this is the best mattress ive ever had. ive never slept so well. i get lots of pain in the night and use to be waking up all the time with the pain. that hasnt happened since i received my new dreams mattress. im so pleased with my purchase

Well set out store with huge choice and competent staff
Well set out store, allowed to browse and Mike approached and asked if he may help. Introduce to sleep test best mattress type predicted for us. Introduced to the range recommended by sleep position test . Last one tried was excellent but went in to shock at price . Drink offer questioned cost, tried to negotiate price skilfully politely diverted by Mike then left to make decision partner. Overall visit very enjoyable.

Soft & Sinking
Soft & Sinking - Disappointment. We purchased our 'dream' perfect mattress, Tempur Cooltouch Original Elite 25 D mattress in July 2022, 18 m0nths on and it has gone all soft in parts. We have been rotating the mattress on regular occasions, as per manufacturers instructions. The mattress has been getting softer, feeling like you are in a hole and making if difficult when you change positions during the night, the feeling of that the mattress has wrapped itself around your body, meaning not much freedom when sleeping.
On the day of the purchase, we discussed with the sales person the ailments my wife has (fibromyalgia) and our sleeping patterns, the sales person advising that this mattress would be perfect for us both. With the constant reminder of a 10 year guarantee, I felt that we were getting the perfect deal. My advice to anyone reading this be cautious before you purchase!!

A perfect night's sleep …
The staff at our store were very helpful and informative, friendly and supportive.
The buying process was super easy as the staff guided us through our options.
We purchased our choice and it was speedily dispatched by very helpful delivery men who removed the old mattress and all the packaging.
Our experience has been fantastic and we would highly recommend visiting Dreams at Llandudno

Easy unpressured sale. Store was clean, tidy and with wheelchair accessible products to try. The Sleep machine was well worth the time to obtain recommendations of suitable mattresses.

Thumbs up to the store and delivery staff - Well done and Thank You.
The staff at the store, especially Kevin, were extremely helpful. We are both in our late 70s and disabled so getting the right bed and mattress were extremely important for us. Whilst completing the paperwork a comment was made about few stores in Wales giving military discounts and were very pleased to be told that Dreams did. Furthermore Christian and Marion who delivered and fitted the bed (and our brass headboard) were polite and friendly, going to great lengths to make sure it fitted in to the limited space in the bedroom.
