Delivered carefully and old mattress taken away, all the free accessories arrived 4 days later, and all fits together well. We are very satisfied with our new sleeping arrangements. The Tempur Pillows are especially good.

The mattress was supposed to be delivered when I got back to the UK late February 2025 . But it was delivered early December 2024 ! I don't know why it was delivered ,as I was supposed to phone and arrange a delivery date when I returned to the UK . So I am not happy that this happened

Staff at Dreams so helpful and down to earth. I don't like this kind of shopping - bed, mattress, headboard etc. So when you get such nice and patient staff, it's such a better experience. Very pleased with our purchases. Very pleased with our experience.

We popped in to browse and because it was such a good experience bought exactly what we needed! There was a sale on and some really good bargains! Kevin was no a pushy seller but was helpful and relaxed and answered all our questions. Delivery men were very careful and helpful. A very good experience.

From walking into the shop in Llandudno the service was excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly giving advice on the variety of beds and mattresses available.
Delivery was also excellent with delivery available in just a few days. Delivery men were on time giving me updates as to time of arrival. Over shoes were worn to protect my carpets, they were polite and helpful. Also removed my old mattress. Very pleased with my purchase mattress very comfortable.

A Good Nights Sleep …
Feeling a bit daunted by choice we were soon assisted by an extremely helpful and knowledgeable Manager. Mattress is fab as are the pillows we tried. Delivery staff were smart in their Dreams uniform and shoe covers and were extremely pleasant.
