Wot No Headboard Brackets?
Bought a Sleepmotion 200i adjustable bed. We were disappointed that it didn't come with the brackets to attach a headboard and that we were unable to purchase the brackets - the response we got from Dreams Customer Service department was that these were only available if we bought one of their headboards. So we've had to custom-make our own brackeys in order to attach our headboard.
We're very happy with the bed itself (and the service we got at the store) but feel that the Dreams customer services department are not providinh the kind of 5* customer service that would enable us to wholeheartedly recommend Dreams to others.

Friendly & helpful staff
Friendly & helpful staff, not pushy at all. Went in to buy a mattress, was warmly greeted and asked if we needed help, said we were just looking and was left to browse after letting us know to let them know if we had any questions or needed any advice. When we found the one we wanted they were so helpful. Mattress was promptly delivered the following week free of charge and carried upstairs to my bedroom. Delivery guys wore shoe coverings and were also very professional and friendly. Would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend.

Very happy customer :)
The staff were very helpful, polite and weren't pushy either. I like to be left alone to look around a shop without being hassled, which doesn't happen in many large stores. Very happy with our shopping experience at Dreams Llandudno and the bed is something else :). The delivery lads also deserve a mention, as they were also polite and efficient.

Great selection and service
I knew I wanted a navy bed but the company's website made it difficult to see what I needed between navy and indigo, and headboards in different designs etc.
In the end, I visited my local store and got exactly what I wanted. Friendly customer service - they talked me through bed choices and helped me to select a mattress. I had £200 refunded to me as the mattress went on sale before my order arrived, which made me happy.
Delivered on the correct date, all unpackaged and the headboard attached for me. Looks lovely!

Great customer service from the Llandudno store
Rob from the Llandudno store has provided fantastic customer service throughout our purchase. Always helpful and quick to resolve any issues we faced. I can't pass comment on the products yet as they went straight into storage until our new house is ready, but I'll update my review once we've moved in.

welcomed us as we got into the store, had a wee chat and then he recommended we test out a couple beds and just gave us space. After hearing our feedback he then came up with the PERFECT mattress for us and made the whole buying process really nice. I will be coming back again to buy a bed frame and any other future beds.
