Amazing mattress buying experience!
We were completely blown away by Zoe and the superb levels of knowledge and customer care she demonstrated to understand our needs, explain everything clearly, not do the "hard sell" and we felt well looked after throughout being scanned, trying different beds and the purchase process. We've already commented to friends and family how great it was.
We were originally just popping in to have a quick look for a replacement of mattress we'd had for 10 years and had our eyes already set on an M&S one as we'd previously purchased from there.

Great product range from Dreams - found exactly what we wanted.
Drew at the Newcastle/Gateshead Metro Centre shop was extremely helpful in helping us pick the right products. He was supremely knowledgeable and professional and even remembered us when coming back to the store a few days later to complete our order. He was an excellent representative for the Dreams brand.

Best deal ever
A lady called Sue who came across as very experienced and helpful really put me at ease gave me a bed test took me around all the beds made sure I took my time before I made my choice. Explained all the relevant facts to me about after-care and the hundred night return policy if I wasn’t happy Best experience ever at buying a new mattress and getting a good deal on two pillows?

We chose an extra firm Tempur absolutely fabulous comfortable mattress.
