Had great service from Jordan and Zoe at Dreams Gateshead Metro and Gateshead Team Valley respectively, very friendly people, knowledgeable and professional. Hopefully my mattress will be the perfect match once it is delivered.

Great customer service from the Metro retail staff. Delivery on time. The staff removed our old bed and set up our new one. Very pleased with the bed. Would recommend company to everyone.

The only thing I can comment on right now is that our bed for our daughter has been delayed twice with no date for delivery. It’s ruined plans to decorate and there has been no attempt to compensate for this. Terrible service

Excellent sales staff in store, great delivery

Great experience at Dreams. We did the Sleep Match to help find our perfect mattress and was pleasantly surprised to find it recommended us the right mattress, not the most expensive mattress. Andrew in store at Gateshead Metrocentre was great and answered any questions we had over a cup of tea. I was nervous about delivery of our super king mattress as I've had delivery companies refuse to carry it up our stairs in the past, but the Dreams delivery team were amazing. They were completely unfazed by tight corners and low staircase ceilings - they knew exactly what was needed to get it up to our bedroom. Fantastic service from start to finish, couldn't recommend them enough.

My husband and I were greeted by Jordan on 25/4 when we were searching for a new mattress. Jordan explained the Sleepmatch machine and we did this to find what was best for us. We were also offered a range of pillows which we could try when we were testing the mattresses and also advised of the offer which was on at the time. Jordan listened to our needs and understood our budget. He was friendly and attentive, even offering us a drink of tea/coffee/water. We were so happy with the service and would highly recommend Jordan. As he kindly explained to us, the team are trained on beds and mattresses specifically, which gives them the upper hand over the other stores nearby who aren't specialists. We can't wait for our new mattress to arrive! Thank you Jordan :)

really frustrated got a really uncomfortable hot matress cant return until 30 days lying on floor as i cant sleep on it !!!! this was wrote in april im updating my review still having problems with this company they sent a new matress now this one has a dip where i sleep now im back on single matress on the floor until they change it on tues i will NEVER BUY ANYTHING AGAIN from THIS STORE !! should be called NIGHTMARES NOT DREAMS !!!!!!!!!!!

Great help and no pushy sales

The mattress is is a dream to sleep on. Purchased a new bed frame with the new mattress . Tad disappointed with that as frame does not appear to be that sturdy for the weight of the mattress.

Good selection in store , and absolutely great delivery service, from text updates to phone call prior to actual delivery, well done and thoroughly recommended.

Great for a small flat! We needed a sofa that would be good for hosting guests, but also meet our awkward room requirements. i loved you could pick which side the L goes on as i was getting stressed on website at understanding which side the L is on. The store staff were great at talking me through the purchase and providing me with useful service, the set-up team were quick and conscientious of our home.

Went looking for new beds. Staff at Gateshead Metro Centre FANTASTIC. We went through the different mattresses and then selecting the correct ones, then on to the beds. Such a selection to select from. Ordered and paid then awaiting on completion date of house to arrange delivery, staff so accommodating has had to change delivery date twice with delay of getting new house keys.

Arrival arranged and opted for the delivery and build choice, the delivery guys were excellent, friendly and had the beds assembled in each room in no time. Thank you so much.

The bed was exactly what I wanted, firm. It was delivered on time by two friendly and helpful guys.

We were greeted as we entered (I was with my sister) and asked if we knew what type of bed we were looking for or if we would prefer to look around first. I explained to Justine what I was looking for and she took us straight to them (I was after a "bendy bed", sorry I can't remember the proper name for them). She used the Sleepmatch machine to show what type of mattress would be suitable for me. She was very patient with me as I couldn't decide on which mattress was the firmest to go on the new bed. During this she kindly offered us both a drink and one of her mother's home made biscuits (which I did try and they were delicious 😋).

Great sales support in the store through to delivery emails and delivery service on the day. And very happy with the bed and mattress purchased now one month in.
