I think the delivery men were Keith and Daniel, excellent service. Covered their outside shoes and were great.

Michele @ Dreams in Chester
Walked into Dreams in Chester where we were instantly greeted by a very helpful bed expert, Michele.
She was very informative and helpful. Very good at her job.
She took us through the body measurements process, before going through the mattresses that had been identified as the style for us.
She didn't try and push the most expensive one, but made sure we seen all mattresses, before making an informed purchase.
Michele is a credit to Dreams, very very good at her job.

As a disabled person I was unable to…not a satisfied customer
As a disabled person I was unable to view the beds upstairs,I had to rely on my daughter in law to pick bed for me,also did not like the assistant ticking the reviews at the end without letting me do it myself.when bed was delivered I had a query ref height of bed the assistant told me to ring head office,I tried 3 times each had nearly an hour's wait,I gave up in the end.I must say tough the bed is really comfortable

Friendly welcome from Peter and Emma. Shown the assessment process and then tried a number of beds which were likely to suit me. Once my choice was made the ordering and purchasing and delivery arrangements were efficiently processed. The delivery was well organised.
