Had the mattress for about 2 ish weeks now and every night we have slept like a dream, the service at the store was great, no issues or concerns whatsoever!

Graham was very helpful and friendly from the moment we stepped into the store. He offered a lot of help to me and my partner who were choosing our first mattress for our new home. He talked through the options clearly and concisely and was able to recommend a soft to medium mattress. We went with a medium which was very comfortable- he gave us pillows to use to help us test the mattress. Overall, very happy with our choice of mattress and the service provided.

Dreams bed were so helpful , polite and greeted us as we walked in , even offered us a cup of tea , they went through all are options ie firmness of the mattress, colour of the bed and headboard and option of pillows , after purchasing our bed they explain the guarantee options etc , we would highly recommend this company great

Very happy with my purchase. Excellent customer service from beginning to end every time I went in… and I went in on 3/4 occasions to make sure I was getting the best deal. Keith and Graham from the Chester store were particularly attentive without being pushy. Overall, a good experience and highly recommended.

Will be intresting to see what happens. We ordered 2 mattresses yesterday and was told there was IT issues which is fine but we will get a call today letting us know when our delivery will be and like other companies I have tried to order from just full of it no call I had to ring up to find out what is happening instead I have had to ring up to find out what is going on which is the part I find annoying instead of just ringing us and saying we are still having issues and we will let you know as soon as the system is back up which would of been fine instead of just leaving customers to ring and chase just keep us informed of what is happening. This is the third company now we're they have blamed IT issues and use it as an excuse to not inform customers of what is going on and starting to get sick of it how hard is it to pick up a phone or send a email saying we are still having issues and we will let you know when it is sorted but I assume customer service is just not something they are interested in these days so been given till Monday for a update or another order is cancelled. I will find a company that thinks customer service is important and to keep them updated.

All Dreams staff in their shop in Chester and their delivery staff were all extremely efficient and their customer service was excellent.

Michele was very helpful, taking me through the various matresses available, with the help of the test bed (forget what it is called). A slight problem with payment as all the tills were down! I paid later over the phone and had the mattress delivered within a week by two very friendly and helpful delivery guys (didn't get their names). Thank you to everyone in store and delivery for making it a stress free purchase. Lets hope my nights are equally stress free from now on.

Emma welcomed us warmly and guided me through the assessment process. She then explained options clearly and with great patience, giving me time to look around and think before making my final decisions. I liked being able to ‘test drive’ the best options. The extra cost information about mattress construction helped me understand the pricing further so I could make an informed choice. This made my first ever experience of buying a brand new bed a pleasure. I’m 64 by the way, and have always had gifted or second hand beds.

Great in-store service and the delivery was exactly as promised, with friendly and helpful staff from start to finish.
