Excellent service
Would definitely recommend Dreams at Chester. I bought a Tempur mattress initially from Michelle who was really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I didn’t like the mattress so I decided to take advantage of their 100 night comfort guarantee. The process could not have been more simple and James looked after me this time and helped to find me a more suitable replacement. He was excellent and the whole experience was stress free and I came away very happy and impressed with all the help I received.

Great communication right from placing…
Great communication right from placing my order. I’m glad I paid the £40 fee to take my old mattress but was a little affronted to pay another fee to take the mattress up the stairs, (I think this should be part of the service), so decided to do it myself, on my own……PIVOT springs to mind! Had to get a neighbour to help but managed it in a couple of minutes……

Great service and brilliant quality
Friendly, helpful staff and fabulous service in both the Greyhound Chester and White City Stretford stores. Delivery was on-time and assembly was smooth. My bed is brilliant quality and was a very reasonable price.

Service was excellent in store and great mattress.
Service was excellent in store, with non pushy sales staff, but really helpful, informative helping us to choose the right mattress for us. Able to spend as much time as we liked trying the mattresses and even had a free coffee. That's service you just don't get shopping online. The result we have a great mattresses. The delivery crew were also excellent and gave good advice on how to look after the mattress.

Our perfect Dream bed
From the minute we walked through the door to our dream bed being delivered, and installed into our bedroom the whole experience has been perfect. The staff were professional, very knowledgeable and found the best price to meet our needs. I would 100% recommend Dreams in Chester and will return to buy a second bed in the near future.
