From showroom to delivery, staff were friendly and helpful. All choices were pointed out to us with relevant information. Delivery was on time and beds installed by great team. All round very good experience .

Very knowledgable staff
Very knowledgable staff, Michelle was great, good sense of humour too. Chose a twin mattress electric bed, great product, everything explained in detail to us, all options covered. It was a dream at Dreams!

Choosing a new matress needs time. At Dreams the staff were attentive and very helpful. They suggested possible options and allowed us to try out several beds until we found the right one for us.

James and Michelle at Dreams Chester store have been amazing - they are an absolute credit to the company. We have changed our order 3 times due to circumstances changing and they have been professional, understanding and patient, not to mention extremely knowledgeable. We can’t praise them enough and would highly recommend anybody looking for a bed and ease of sale to visit the Chester store. The beds are such value for money and with their excellent customer service, we’ll definitely be back in the future.

My lovely new bed was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Ordering online was simple and quick. Great communication throughout process. Bed looks lovely and was fairly easy to put together. Very sturdy and comfortable

Wanted a new mattress for ages and went to dreams for the best choice. The staff were helpful but not enthusiastic . Puchased the mattress on the day and was happy to know that my.old matress was going to be recycled.the mattress is great and i am sleeping better and longer

Very satisfied customers
Carole was very friendly helpful and patient while showing us numerous beds and mattresses.
The two men who delivered and assembled the bed were friendly and answered all our questions and demonstrated the use of the Ottoman.
We would be happy to return to Dreams for purchases in the future.

Excellent delivery service
The delivery guys where very helpful tell me to turn the mattress once a month. They put shoes cover on they even brought it in the flat witch I didn't ask for.

"Desperate for a new bed"
We visited the Greyhound Branch and was assisted by Jane. What a lovely, helpful lady. She had great product knowledge and she was not pushy at all. We laid on the scanner bed and it gave us some options. We took a while to decide, but we made a great decision and now sleep much better than before. Many thanks Jane and Dreams.
