The bed was delivered at the specified time. The guys delivering, building & placing the bed were polite, tidy & very helpful.
The sales staff were also very accommodating & met all our needs.
My daughter was delighted with her bed & headboard choice. Looks gr8 very comfortable & being an ottoman bed a big help with storage in a small room.

i only went out for dinner
after going for dinner and not getting a table till and hour later my partner and I decided to go to the retail park to window shop, the great customer service and the need for a new bed made us purchase it there and then, Cathryn was brilliant and we will definitely be going back to get my daughters bed when she needs one

Recent order of mattress
When I ordered the mattress I was given a delivery date and time, and not only did the company deliver on the day and at the start of the delivery window promised but I had also received e-mails to let me know when the delivery would occur plus a phone call from the driver one hour before they arrived.

What a difference!
This rating has been changed from a 2 star to a 5.
Basically, we originally purchased the Sleepeezee Matilda mattress after recommendation from the Sleep mattress assessor in store.
This mattress was very quickly found to be uncomfortable and unsuitable for me, so I arranged for an early exchange. The exchange was scheduled for last week and it failed as a small, faint mark was found at the edge of the mattress. I quickly managed to remove this mark on getting home and customer services arranged to try again for an exchange.
I wrote a 2 star review as I was very upset, frustrated and unhappy to have this happen and was told I would have to wait a further 3 and a half weeks for the exchange.
On writing this review, a fairy Godfather, in the form of Peter called and replied :)
He arranged for an earlier exchange for today (a week after the failed exchange) and apologised. Thank you very much Peter for all your help!!
This is not where the praise ends, however. Our delivery drivers were Keith and Alan today. Extremely courteous, friendly and experienced. Keith explained he would be checking over the mattress before exchange was allowed, as soon as he stepped into the door, which we knew from last week.
After inspection of the mattress, he informed us the mattress was faulty, as he could tell from experience that the weight was not what it should be and he could see small dips in it after just 4 weeks of us sleeping on it, which we didn't spot.
So it turns out all the trauma of putting up with an uncomfortable mattress for five weeks and a failed exchange was for nothing.
Keith also pointed out that unfortunately the new mattress had a few small snags and explained what to do.
I have to say how relieved I am I got Keith and Alan as our delivery drivers today.
If you get a text to say your driver today is Keith and you live under the Huntingdon/ Bedford delivery area, rest assured you will be looked after!
Thank you very much Peter, Keith and Alan! What a difference good customer service makes!
