A really great experience from start to finish
Simple online booking for an in store consultation. On the day I was greeted warmly and enjoyed expert advice from the team at Bedford. Communications leading up to the delivery were very clear and my mattress was delivered exactly on time. Really couldn’t ask for more and I was very impressed by the entire experience.

A great experience
Really enjoyed mt experience with the Bedford branch. I needed a new bed due to medical reasons and the staff were extremely helpful and informative and gave me all the options available. The delivery team were great and kept in touch on route to me. The bed was installed properly and im having a better night sleep, thank you

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. Very happy with my new bed. Delivery guys very helpful. All the staff at Dreams Bedford Interchange Retail Park were great and very helpful with choosing a new bed for me. No pushy sales, very relaxing experience. Would recommend.

All good but…..
All good, but disappointed with the bed we bought that has the ‘cooling gel’. It was great in the show room, but as soon as you put a sheet over it, let alone the mattress protector on it, it looses any coolness and it just like a normal mattress. Very disappointed and feel like it was over sold.
