Poor customer service continues
This is the second time I've left a review on Dreams here. My new bed was delivered on Tuesday 6th May. The base was damaged on delivery as acknowledged by the assembly team at the time. On Saturday 10th I was contacted via email by Wayne from Dreams and accepted the offer of a new discounted base as a replacement. Unfortunately, there has been no further contact so I don't know if a new base will be arriving. What's the point of making an offer if you don't follow up on it?

Experienced sleepers (or we thought we were)
The team at the Bedford store were amazing!
For anyone who purchases beds online or without trying them... please stop this practice. We spend a third of our lives in bed and often just pick the cheapest ones.
Spend as much as you can realistically afford and get some advice. Myself and my wife each have over 40 years of experience of sleeping... In the 30 minutes with them we learned so much by chatting with the team!

New Bed
First and foremost we would like to thank Cathryn at the Bedford store for all her help. Very knowledgeable and helpful and a true expert ...... a valuable asset to the Dreams team.We have slept in the bed for a week now and it is so comfortable ...... worth every penny [Saxby top of the range mattress]. After all you spend a third of your lifetime in bed so its worth treating yourself to the best you can afford.Delivery team were great and could not help you enough

Mattress too comfortable.
The problem is the mattress is too comfortable and I might have to send it back!
This is the fault of the staff at the Bedford store who introduced us to it. The Ottoman bed has proved a boon with easy lifting and loads of storage. Delivery etc was painfree!

Very pleased from start to finish
We were well advised in the shop. The bed is extremely comfortable. The delivery was very efficient, as was the assembly, plus removal of the old bed and packaging.
