Great service
The experience of actually choosing our mattress was very detailed with a sleeping assessment on one attached to a machine. Then I was encouraged to try all the recommended ones and chose the most comfortable.
Since delivery, we've had follow up questionnaires and we've found the mattress very good, some nights we've had much better sleep.

Awesome Tempur
The first time we have been able to afford a Tempur mattress. Wow!! There is no settling in period, it was the best night's sleep ever. So comfortable and luxurious.

You get exactly what you pay for, excellent!
Dreams have delivered in every way. The mattress I purchased is wonderful and when, after my purchase (within 100 days), the price was reduced I contacted the customer services team and a refund was promptly sorted. This made a big difference to me as my mattress was at the top end but I'm so glad I invested as my mattress is so comfortable and supportive. Well done dreams.

Delivered on time with regular updates
Delivered on time with regular updates. Bed, mattress and headboard delivered, unpacked and assembled very efficiently with the crew taking care not to damage freshly decorated stairs, landing and bedroom. Care explained and all rubbish removed in no time
