Back in bed at last.
After an accident that left me sleeping on the sofa for 4 months due to our nectar mattress went faulty and getting nowhere with the lifetime warranty. Dealing with the staff at Dreams Bedford, from looking to purchase to delivery, was a very pleasant journey through the whole process. With staff that were knowledgeable and helpful all the way.

Bed was delivered on time
Bed was delivered on time, the team were polite, quick and efficient. There were some black marks left on the floor but thankfully I managed to remove them. Our daughter is very happy with her new bed.

At last a good nights sleep.
We have had 2 or 3 mattresses from other suppliers and despite having them replaced they did not provide a good nights sleep due to something called valleying. This new mattress from Dreams has given us the desired sleep we have been looking for. From sale to delivery the process has been brilliant.

Excellent experience with Mo at Dreams Bedford
My wife and I went to Dreams in Bedford and were welcomed by Mo. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about all the products.
We could immediately see that he possessed a wealth of experience and this meant choosing the right mattress was a seamless process.
He was very diligent and took the time to explain the difference between mattresses and this made our decision to buy the tempur mattress easy.
I believe Mo is an invaluable asset to the organisation and someone who we would definitely go back to again in the future.
He was very welcoming when we entered the store and made us feel comfortable. He offered us a drink which was very kind. He also took the time to address our need for the correct pillows which was very important to us.
He showed us a variety of pillows and we picked the right one for us. We also tried the sleep match machine.
We have taken the time to right this review because we felt very passionate about the experience and the outstanding customer service by Mo.
Thank you Mo for everything you helped us with during our visit.
