Delighted with dotmaison
Easy to order, good website and phenomenal communication. I ordered bed lined from two companies online just before Christmas and got the one from dotmaison in five days with four emails letting me know what was happening along the way. It arrived beautifully packaged.
The other company had to be contacted to check what was happening as no information on delivery was given and in total took two weeks to arrive.

Impressive Customer Service
This was the first time I'd ordered from Dotmaison and I was very impressed with their customer service and the products I purchased.
Ordering online was a simple process and delivery was fast and free (as my order exceeded the qualifying amount for free delivery). I was kept informed by email at each stage, right up until the parcel was delivered.
The towels I ordered were excellent quality, thick and heavy, and even better they were in the sale!
I wouldn't hesitate in ordering from Dotmaison in the future.
Can't fault the products or the customer service from start to finish.

I signed up for your newsletter on the understanding I would be sent a 10% discount on my first order by you. However, I was never sent this discount code... I also emailed your customer service about this but no one replied to me. It's not such a big deal of course, but you should honour what your website says.

thanks for taking the time to review us. We do always try to honour what our website says and I can see that the item you purchased was reduced by 20% over the course of a promotion on the weekend you purchased. The first order discount code, as explained on our website, is only valid against full price items and that particular weekend we had a general money off promotion which was site wide and therefore the promotion code was not valid. I hope that explains however please accept our apologies for any confusion caused. I can only apologise if you contacted us and nobody responded, we do try to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours however December is a very busy month , that said, I have checked back through our messages and cannot see an enquiry from you so I'm not sure what happened there.
