Paid extra for next day courier - item sent by mail.
I paid for next day courier delivery but the item was sent by Royal Mail 48. To date I have not received the promised refund of the extra I paid for the next day courier.
Update - I have now had a lovely email from this retailer and a refund. I would actually use Dotmaison again and I appreciate the delivery error was due to this being a busy time of year.
