Absolutely Shocking!
Absolutely appalling customer service and payment system!
They failed to send me receipts for my two separate payments, meaning I had to chase them for something that should have been provided in the first place. When I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, they actually cut the line off while I was speaking to them. Completely unacceptable and extremely frustrating.

First Class Service
My upright Beko freezer kept on displaying an error message. I booked a repair and asked to be put on the cancellation list. I was kept updated all the time as to when the engineer would come. Excellent service. An engineer came within 4 days..which bearing in mind there was a weekend in between. A most knowledgeable and efficient man who explained in detail what the problem was and fixed it within half an hour. What more can I say. One very satisfied customer.

Excellent service, he was able to come out quickly, diagnosed the problem and fixed within an hour. I was given a time window of when he would arrive and he rang 30 mins before to confirm his arrival time.

Needed my Haier washing machine repaired
Needed my Haier washing machine repaired, the engineer said that the machine was fine, when it wasnt did minimal checks. A few days later booked a different engineer who correctly identified the issue and repaired the machine fitting a new pump. Even mentioned that the hose was too low in the pipe which was something the domex engineer did.

I have booked 3 times for a repair…no show
I have booked 3 times for a repair person. They didnt turn up for the first two visits betweend 6am-12pm and there was no notice. I took time off work to wait in. The third time today. They are booked in from 6am-12pm. I called and they said it was fine. They are still not here, I am on the phone again and they saying they will come 3pm- 6pm this is the 3rd time waiting in for them. Waiting in for 12 hours is not good and I have an hospital appoinment. The service is so shockingly bad. Will they even turn up!?

Very easy experience
Easy to arrange a repair date online. Kept informed of time slot by text and email, Engineer rang when 15 minutes away. Engineer was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. But best of all, resolved our issue when 4 other Engineers from other companies did not!

What an awful company this is
What an awful company this is. We have a washer/dryer that switches itself on/off randomly, but we could still wash clothes. They diagnosed the issue with the LG washer/drier. Ordered the part; it took a long time to get an appointment, and then when they installed it, it didn't solve the issue; it made it worse, and we lost all power to the machine. They ordered another part and arranged an appointment, then called on the day to say the engineer had called in sick. Don't buy LG because you get Domex as a repair company without realising it.
