Dishwasher repair ... Great communication
We had a dishwasher repaired rather than replaced. The engineer came on time both to the initial assessment and then later the repair after the spare part had arrived. Super friendly guy. Also, whilst the online booking system was a bit slow, it worked really well and the communication via emails and text messages was impressive
