Was very easy to get a quote and book online. Kept up to date with booking and engineer called to say he would be with me within 15 minutes, and he was.
Very polite young man who replaced the drain pump on my washing machine in less than half hour. Overall a very good service and I would use again.

Domex Engineer came to fix my LG fridge…
Domex Engineer came to fix my LG fridge freezer. He was very efficient and very polite. After a few issues the repair was fixed and now working well again.
I would recommend Domex to friends as the service was excellent.

Fridge Freezer problems
This company are very upfront and efficient. From the first phone call, we knew exactly the cost of the call out, when the engineer would arrive and links to change the date, if necessary. Reminder texts and a timeslot were also sent just before the date.
The engineer was a friendly, efficient gentleman who got on with the job and had all working in no time without fuss.
Overall, a very good service was provided and would recommend for others.

Damage and dishpnesty
I expected a smoother experience from a company of this size. The technician arrived after the end of my booked slot, late on a Friday afternoon. I don't know if he was rushing because of this, but he damaged my floor and kitchen cabinets while moving the oven.
I reported the damage right away, expecting a straightforward resolution. Instead, the technician told the corporate team a demonstrably false story about a power lead being too short. When I showed photo evidence that the cable was actually quite long, he came up with another story, claiming the lead had changed between visits. He had told me earlier that a complaint about the damage would cost him his bonus, so I assume that's what motivated the dishonesty. Despite the evidence, the company chose to believe him and has so far refused to compensate me for the damage.
The repair itself was fine, but another company would have managed it without the damage and without the dishonesty afterward. I would not recommend them.
