Impeccable service, my order arrived sooner than expected - and I'm overseas! The boots are fantastic and surprisingly comfortable. I got them at a very good price, after checking for discounts. Also, the customer service was quick with a small problem I encountered on the site.

I used to have such good expireinces with dollskill. I loved and still love their items and the unique style and variety of selcetions. But lately?the service is awful. I spent way too much money and got nothing. The workers would not provide me informations about my packages and i get nothing back. Disappointed.

ordered a bunch from them before too but incomplete orders are delivered. I have been waiting for an order for over 3 weeks now and although it says 5-7 business days its not received. They are not even offering a solution and although they were reverting before they have stopped responding completely now!
They stole $300 from me
I spent almost three hundred dollars on a few items, most of which were MUCH cheaper and more low quality than presented on the website. I returned most of it except for a mirror and a hoodie. They not only never refunded my money but when I contacted them the third time about getting my refund, they BLOCKED ME! They literally blocked me from contacting them. I tried again from another email and once they got my order number via the back and forth email exchange, they blocked me again! They are straight up THEIVES. I looked further into their products and found most of them contain cancer causing ingredients! Insane! I'm glad I didn't keep most of the clothing bc I don't want to wear something that could make me sick. 1000% do not ever shop here!

Dissatisfied to say the least
I preordered a pair of shoes. I so wish I listened to the reviews before purchasing. The customer service is TERRIBLE!!! Worst I’ve ever experienced! There’s no phone number to verbally express concern. You have to submit an online complaint via email. You will get nowhere!!! They will respond eventually just to give you the run around of a lifetime! NEVER EVER AGAIN! Not to mention the likelihood of your item being damaged if it’s ever sent is extremely high! Not worth the price nor aggravation.

Shipping was supposed to be 10 days. It took over 10 business days for the item to even ship.
They then ship them in separate parcels even though I only placed one order. I had to pay customs and other fees on all items which is fine but I had issues with paying the separate brokerage fee and they would not cover it. I feel like they should have covered one of them since they're the ones who did separate orders when I placed one order. I won't be returning

I ordered my daughter, a couple of their things, but to be honest, I’m completely unsatisfied, and I don’t think I’ll give them any more of my money. I ordered a pair of shoes only to see them 50% off a few days later. And I still haven’t even gotten the shoes at full price that I paid. I also just became aware that there’s no cash refunds that you just get a credit.
I really love the quality of everything…
I really love the quality of everything I've got so far. It far exceeds items I'd get for similar price points elsewhere (using sales.) I can't fault Dollskill on that front.
I'll admit I only like their Sugar Thrillz range, the others are a bit too Y2K for me and I'm sorry but that era of clothing should stay in the past where it belongs. I can't think of an era where clothing was any more unappealing, honestly, but I suppose that's a me issue.
Now to get to the actual issue. The sizing. It's not very consistent. And much of the time the clothing I get is not well fitting to a more 'ample' bust. As in it doesn't. You have to go two sizes up and the fit suffers everywhere else, or find a way to adjust the clothing for a bigger bust. Any tops prove however to be unwearable. Something in my size ends up being a boob tube for me but it's a top in the pictures so I know this is just a poor fit thing, which is odd because some of the models aren't small chested. It's rather disappointing to discover the fit just isn't made for me. And what's with the bra-unfriendly dresses? Do they expect us to go braless? I'd die without a bra, just die.
I adore their clothes though, so I will try to work around the issue if possible. I'll look for cuts that don't expect me to go braless, or need me to have a smaller chest. It's just a shame. Most of the dresses and tops I've ordered so far just don't fit right at all and I might never be able to wear them.

I purchased the a pair of the [Ambient Lace-Up Flare] pants an xxs. However, despite where I landed on their size chart they were tad too small. But as I ordered them during a sale they didn't qualify for a refund or exchange. Which is lame but I get it. I really liked and REALLY wanted the pants but I wanted to be sure about the size. So I inquired about getting specific measurements of the same pants for the xs and small. As for the first pair that didn't fit in xxs, I was either going to resell them or give them away. It's not like I was "stuck with them" and again I bought them on sale. It was not a "huge" loss. When DK-CS messaged back, 'Paige' informed me that they weren't able do measurement requests. Which I wasn't really too upset about, as I used to work in clothing retail so I know how to find size charts for brands, it just takes a bit work blah blah blah. But I digress. "Long story short," Paige made the exception and allowed me to return the pants, which was an unexpected but pleasant surprise. Thank you so much!

Lost my e-gift card in my inbox from about a year ago, and reached out to customer service when I wanted to use it to shop here again. They were able to search it up for me and email the e-gift card again! Took about a week to get back to me, and almost thought they just didn’t follow through but they did and were very nice to chat with
