Dolls Kill sells garbage-quality clothing and shoes, with prices deliberately manipulated to trick customers into thinking they’re getting a deal, when in reality, the “discounts” are just your way of masking the original inflated prices. Your so-called “stash money” system? A complete scam. And your shipping process is just as useless as the people running it.

Frankly, I don’t doubt that they steal creative designs from young, talented fashion designers and small independent alternative clothing shops. I sincerely doubt that Dolls Kill employs a single truly professional or talented mind.

If i could give it a 0 star i would. I ordered a dress 4 weeks ago and to this day it still hasnt been shipped. I contacted customer service and they reponded once but it was an automated response saying they would get back to me. This is insane. I dont even need this dress anymore and i cant even cancel the order even though i should be able to since it hasnt even been shipped out. Horrible company. I would never order from them again and no one should.

I purchased 3 dresses at June 22,2025 and they said delivered at June 24. But I never received my package until today. I lost my $109.98 and I will tell everybody not to buy from dollskill at TikTok & instagram too. Big Scam website,

I placed order on June 13, 2025 I have NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY NOR MY ITEMS. I have ordered from them before but this is the longest wait I’ve ever had DO NOT ORDER THE SHIPPING STATES 4-7 DAYS ITS MORE LIKE 4-7 WEEKS/MONTHS. Summer will be over and I can’t cancel order nor receive refund. This company is 💩and will never get another penny of mines.

This site is just a huge scam. They say they ship from California. I live in California and the shipping started overseas and then got stuck in Texas for over a week.... I was supposed to receive it a week ago, but still haven't and am now being completely ghosted by customer service. They do not do refunds and I would have had to pay money to access the in-store money offered. There are sooooo many other companies with better prices and, I assume from their many other horrible reviews, MUCH better quality. And, you'll actually get the products that you paid for, unlike me!

I ordered some boots claim be true to size ended up being extremely small for me even if my size.the materials cheap and only thing fast and convenient was shipping other than that I was refused returns and wouldn't credit my original payment. This site awful material and how only do store credit I in past years ago ordered stuff and same issue size stopped ordering but after couple years came back same thing not as described iteam and sizing also isn't as described people have get 2-4x bigger in shoes and that's if have it in stock as they refuse returns even if it's there fault for advertising products true to size while have bad material and horrible service inc horrible how only do store credit won't credit original payment . Won't shop here again cheap material,false advertising and not True to sizing either their charts off by alot and since carry diff brands instead of putting their sizing they put there's. if you wait for all your itemss to be shiped at once you will not recieve them all. So, if it's a gift, and the item is in stock, ship now. I ordered numerous items that were to all ship together at a later date. I figured, if they offer it, surely that's legit. SIGHKKKKKKKK (lol). If it were for me I'd probably let it go. But it's numerous gifts. Figures. About half of my order will not ship. Everything that was pre-order, ships. Everything that could have just shipped that day, is miraculously out of stock. Thanks Dolls kills. For "holding the items to ship with the rest of the items" what a joke.

I heard this thing about reviews that they only read the 1s and 5s. So a 1 it is. It's more like a 2 because we do have a history together. Current Circumstances dictact a 1.

I purchased from dollskill on May 19, 2025 today is July 2 and the package has not yet been delivered, according to customer service the address was wrong and it was returned to the sender, all an invention, the address is correct, and they do not want to return my money, they offered me a voucher, but I am not interested in a voucher, it is a scam

Order sent back by EVRI who is always incompetent. They don’t know how to press the doorbell intercom, and obviously I was at home.
EVRI informed that they were going to send back my parcel to the sender on 18 June.
I’ve been trying to contact Dolls Kill several times through email, since this date. No reply at all.
Are you going to send me the refund or send the parcel back to me? It’s not my fault EVRI decide to send the parcel back to you. Please resolve this situation ASAP.

I have had great experiences with Dolls Kill for about 7 years. I have amazing success with the products and have received considerate help from the workers at Dolls Kill. Their products are creative and unique. Thank you for all of the work that goes into selecting your products and distributing them. Keep up the great work!

Well I love their products however customer service is not really effective. So I don't feel safe to shop here again. They missed an item in my order and then it takes weeks to get reply. But they requested me to wait till the delivery status updated!? I mean the tracking number said delivered! Why it takes weeks on their website and still said "on the way"!? So they denied to solve an issue that 100% their fault!?
A customer service agent replied a week later and offer me a discount for the item with the exact price I bought. Which is their fault in not delivering it! And they increased the price of that item, so including their shipping fees which is $8. I have to spend double and extra fees to get the exact item they FORGOT to include in my package and still charge me!?
Well just wish that there will be no issues with you. Or else it will be challenging to get back from them.

Dollskill customer service is the worst, if you made an error while ordering or ordered by mistake there is NO NUMBER, to call no HUMAN to reach out too and their web form contact it's OVER A WEEK and no one has gotten back to me. VERY VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! For their prices their customer service should be better!!!!

Paige helped to split my order so most of my stuff arrived on time before an event, she was very responsive and kind. I really appreciate her customer service. And the clothes are so cute and GREAT quality. I love everything, thank you so much Paige!!!

I paid £20 for delivery, the item arrived too late for my event, the colour was different from the photo on the website, the fit was horrific. I have tried to get a refund, but all they offer is pay for postage yourself and you get gift card credit for the website. I was not aware of this "refund" policy on purchase or I would never have paid the stupid amount of money that I did for a piece of rubbish. A gift card is a cop-out for customer service and totally lazy. What a waste of time this has all been.

Make your refund policy CRYSTAL CLEAR on purchase, or else you're just disrespecting your customers and will never get repeat business.
