So I feel I must make a review because this company is amazing and I feel they were ganged up on. I watch Doll's kill hauls sometimes to see more of an item I am looking to purchase, sometimes just to see what is new in my favorite clothing site. Then I began to see less and less videos and starting to see ppl on YouTube ganging up on my favorite site. I just ignored them but the little I did look up much later the reasoning was so petty and uncalled for. Soback to it, I have been shopping on Doll's Kill for many years, spent more ghen I shojld say aloud lol worth every penny!!!!! They are major trend setters in my opinion. They have quality clothes, shoes, accessories, and home items. All amazingly unique, quality items. I have only sent back a few items for reasons of poor quality or damaged, most probably are just a random defect beyond their control or damaged in transit. But mostly my returns are due to sizing and that happens with any clothing or shoe you buy online. They carry my favorite brands like Darker Wav's and Current mood and so many more. They truly are the most original Clothing Companieslove the unique shirts and other items that have witty all in good fun sayings but they go fast so keep checking for new items, it's hard not to for me.
Now for their customer service it is definitely top notch, with a sigh of relief to have a company actually fast, super polite, They go above and beyond to do everything they can to help you in any way they can, I have many bad experiences with other businesses. I never had negative experience when they are helping, so polite never had they left a bad experience with asking for support for many reason's they always go out of their way help with anything they can if they can. I only had one order not make it,and that was when there were forest fires in SOCAL and hurricanes in Florida where I live now. As soon as I noticed that it was sitting in a city in CA, after being shipped and was passed the standard shipping time I contacted them per email and they were fast getting back to me, noticed it was lost ,all out of their control. They shipped everything I had originally ordered and they expedited the shipping. This year we had 3 major storms designated as a Major Disaster Declaration by FEMA in Pinellas County and I had saved what I was going to order but then we where told to prepare for possible strongest storm in this area possible Cat 4 so we had to decide if we pay bills or be prepared to weather out one of the worst storms this area have seen in a long time. So, back to the point I accidentally clicked order button with everything in my cart that I was going to buy before the storm snuck up on us. I was just on the Doll's Kill site browsing but decided I have to use the money to prepare for the worst, unfortunately. So I truly accidentally click ORDER, I panicked and messaged customer service asap because once it goes into processing they are not able to cancel and refund, they msged me back in no time flat and even when they usually are unable to cancel or to issue a refund if its past a certain stage.They read about the hurricanes and they didn't bat an eye to help they issued a refund so I was able to get supplies . It was a large order too, a lot of money cause a lot of items. It was like $400ish I can't remember exactly. They were understanding and sympathetic with my unique situation(Yes, secretly I wanted the order that I spent so long deciding upon) Doll's Kill helped me more than FEMA. Nearly everyone I know got assistance, the same amount to everyone but me? Nope, some reason everybody I know got assistance i think $675. Not me, it online application wouldn't work so I went into one of the pop up centers they couldn't help or wouldn't told me to go back online then further said with arm's crossed and with additude and judgment included said why do you think we should help you? So, Doll's Kill actually helped me more than our own system in the end. They gave me $0. I nearly ended up homeless. Maybe it was how I dress, I was decked in Doll's Kill items, so it's possible. Or maybe they were just jealous of my gear from Doll's kill. So, thank you Doll's Kill everyone in Customer Service for the kindness and going above and beyond.
There was a gap I made myself not look at any Doll's Kill to save some cash up. Upon return there's been some changes, prices are higher, not allowed a choice choice of cash refund. Shipping went up and the min to get free shipping is $75 it was flat $4.99 when I first ordered. Also I am disappointed they don't sell leather, esp with shoes and hand bags, I miss seeing my fav brands. Miss one stop shop.
So, all in all LOVE THIS SITE. I always recommend it to all the ppl that have made compliments when wearing something bought from them.Keep up the great work. Plz add leather products back. And love the sales keep them coming and so will I. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been a valued customer with Dolls Kill for many years. When making online purchases the reality is there will be service issues along the way. In the past, I have had product issues and Dolls Kill resolved the issues in an exceptional, courteous, and timely manner. Recently, in April 2025, my order went missing, I was so upset. I contacted Dolls Kill CS Squad for help. I spoke with Chelsea who was absolutely amazing, kind and empathic given the nature of my situation. Chelsea escalated my situation to PAIGE one of the managers. Paige was knowledgable, patient and resolved my issue with much care and concern. I am so grateful that Dolls Kill has amazing, caring, handworking people who truly care about their customers who spend their hard earned money on their apparel. Paige was very tactful and possessed the ability to turn my situation around from a disgruntled customer to a SATISFIED customer. I am a VALUED customer of Dolls Kill and I am happy to work with such an AMAZING Team of Customer Service Representatives. My issue was resolved. Kiddos to Chelsea, Oliver and Paige. I just ordered more products lol... Please share my review with Shoddy Lynn and her husband Bobby Farahi the owners of Dolls Kill since 2011. I WAS A LONG TIME LOYAL FAN OF DOLLS KILL. I fully supported them shopping in person, online, & on WhatsApp, but after emailing Customer Service to apply the 40% discount on my in store purchases and even showing them the 20% off email, THEY IGNORED ME. They don’t even help with canceling the $29/annual Stash membership so I AM DONE SHOPPING WITH THEM! TRUST ALL THE BAD REVIEWS HERE. I HAVE SPENT THOUSANDS HERE AND I AM DONE WITH THE AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WILL NOT GET ANOTHER PENNY FROM ME AND BUYERS BEWARE! THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FULL PRICE IN PERSON, THEY DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ONLY STORE CREDIT. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

I will never buy anything from these thieves. I bought and returned a pair of shoes, which were horrible, to get my money back. Instead, the thieves gave me a gift card, not my money back. I was browsing their horrible site for a long time until I decided to buy something else. I never received the item, even if they showed delivered. The customer service people are good, they will help you. One of them sent me an email with a form called "Onward". To my surprise, after I filled the form, at the end, they put this: "I agree the information submitted is accurate and understand false claims are punishable under penalty of perjury." The most horrible experience with the most horrible people, owners, whatever they are. Waste

Incredible customer service!! I was having trouble placing my order with a discount code so messaged them. They got back to me within 10 mins, were so kind, escalated my situation, did follow up.. easy, pleasant experience! Shipping was fast and shoes are perfect! Highly recommend!!

Disappointed with the service
I'm very disappointed with how my recent order was handled. I placed an order for two items, which qualified me for free shipping. However, after payment, I received a confirmation email for only one item, and shipping costs were added.

I immediately reached out to customer service to explain that something had gone wrong in the system and made it clear that I was only interested in receiving both items—not just one. Unfortunately, I was told that nothing could be done, despite the error.

I repeated that I was not interested in purchasing just one item and want to cancel, but received no further response. To my surprise, the next day I was informed that the order for the single item had been shipped anyway.

I feel deceived. This is not my first time ordering here, but if no proper solution is offered, it will definitely be the last.

Everything I’ve ordered has exceeded my expectations! Quality has been great and the styles are unique. I’m also pleased that customer service is on point! Paige helped me with a mixup regarding an exchange—she was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Purchased $280 Current Mood combat boots. The sole of the boots started coming off after 3 wears. Contacted Dollskill who refused refund or replacement as they were ordered over 30 days ago. No acknowledgement of the poor quality. Warning to all that anything purchased from Dollskill is only expected to last 30 days max and that is all they will standby.

I paid for overnight shipping with Dolls Skills, expecting prompt delivery—but the package was never shipped. Despite sending multiple messages, I only received one response with a tracking number that confirmed the item hadn’t even been handed over to UPS. I requested to return all the items since I no longer need them due to the delay, and I received no further communication.

This kind of customer service is unacceptable. It's unethical to charge for services you clearly can't deliver. I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charges. Save your money and take your business elsewhere—this experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

I saw an ad on Instagram for the Vision Of Beauty Table Lamp and I had to have it. But the specifications of the lamp weren’t on the website. Fortunately it’s beyond easy to get in contact with customer service! They responded so fast and they were so nice! I got my specifications within the week and purchased the lamp!

It is now in my room looking perfect!

I ordered the "Dolls Kill Sugar thrillz Sweet Masterpiece Velour Pants," they are so darling and cute I love them so much. I noticed the pants were reduced a day or two after and I reached out to customer service and she was so amazing and gave me the difference in price via a gift card. Great customer service and very responsive! I just ordered a hoodie to wear with the pants.

Clothes are beautiful. But be warmed if your parcel goes missing, you'll struggle getting a refund or even a credit. Been waiting 10 days, keep fobbing me off. I'll keep trying.

Hice mi primer pedido a Dolls Kill y literal tardó sólo 6 días en llegarme. Pagué el envío express de 29.99€ y cumplió con lo dicho. Me lo enviaron por UPS y tuve que contactar con ellos cuando me salió el segundo día en el seguimiento que tenía que contactar con ellos (la empresa de reparto). Me dijeron que tenía que enviar a un correo que me facilitaron ellos mi DNI y el número de seguimiento del paquete. Lo hice y el mismo día despachó aduanas allá en EEUU y continuó la ruta. No me hizo falta dar más información y llegó al sexto día. Me llamaron a las 8am para saber si estaba disponible en mi casa y les dije que sí, que podían pasar cuando quisieran, y ésto me pareció raro porque me dijo el chico que nos veíamos abajo, pero en la empresa de reparto pone "envío a domicilio" no al portón del edificio. Pues me asomé por la ventana y le dije que podía subir, ya que le estaba esperando asomada a ver si le veía... Pues de muy malas formas me dice "Nosotros no entregamos a puerta directa", lo cuál me extraña demasiado ya que en todas las empresas de paqueterías me han entregado a puerta, pero bueno... Igual estoy contenta con la tienda en sí y sus servicios. También decir que contacté con ellos (Dolls Kill) en dos ocasiones y me contestaron muy amablemente, osea que súper contenta estoy con ellos. Y por último decir que soy de Canarias.

Je paye ma commande les douanes et livraison ça coûte 28 et je reçois pas commande ils disent qu'il fallait payer une assurance pour pas colis se perde et je demande si je peux me faire rembourser car c'est au transporteur que j'ai payé qui dois rembourser et ils m'ignorent moi qui voulais les aider pour les problèmes qu'il y'a là bas!!! Ben non ils ont passer ma commande et rajouter 60$ de plus vous êtes minables et voleurs!!!passer commande sans ma permission !!!!!je vais porter plainte !!!

Don't buy anything from here. I will never make this mistake. Their clothing is literally something you can get from Shein, if not worse. Worst return policy ever, you give them cash, and they give you a gift card. Quality is insanely low, and their customer service is even lower.
