Partial store refund, and broke the second time
I bought boots. Didn’t fit even though I used the store guidelines, I’ve never had wide calves in any other boot. EVER. They only let me have a partial STORE CREDIT refund for the return and THEN the “replacement” boots I bought broke zipper immediately.
Dont ever buy pre-orders.
I put in an order in March 2025. Some of the items were "pre-ordered" so I was given a 6 week timeline. Then on the day the clothes were supposed to be delivered it got pushed back a month.
The last update I got was in August of 2025. After that the clothes werent sent, AND the updates stopped. I went to try and look for the order using the code and it didnt show up. So I went to an old email, and saw the order was still there and it said my order was "estimated to arrive" on August 15th. This was September 20th...
I cancelled the order, and got all my money back thankfully. But this is just awful business practice. I have no issue waiting for a pre-order, but to continue to push it back, and then stop sending updates is sloppy, and really kindof messed up. I spent hundreds of dollars, knowing I had to wait but being OK with it. But at some point enough is enough.
If this is normal then when you go to checkout it should say in black and white that preorders can take 6+ months. They should also be realistic and not just kick the can down the line every month. Be honest with your customers.

I have been a long time dollskill fan
I have been a long time dollskill fan. I think my first ever order was all the way back in 2016 for my first festival. Like a lot of the reviews here, I really enjoy their diversity and creativity when it comes to the styles they offer. I can find something for pretty much anything and most of my closet is occupied by dk brands. I am leaving a 4 star review because my recent orders have come with some pretty noticeable issues. I can tell there is a drop in quality on many pieces (I’ve had things come damaged and fully broken) and the shipping service has become a lot more frustrating since they now use that shop app to track everything. My last order, was super confusing and was actually all lost in transit. It’s unfortunate because even though the claims service did give me credit back, for some reason they did not send me the full amount back (I lost $359 worth of product and was reimbursed 311 I did notify the claims of this and am awaiting a resolution). Even more unfortunate I can’t even repurchase most the items because they no longer carry my sizes so I’m bummed cuz I had specific plans for a lot of these pieces
I do want to give credit to the costumer service employee that helped me. Her name is Chelsea. She was amazing and replied quickly to my issue. If I was just reviewing our interaction I would give her 5 stars but since this site is asking about the store in general the best I can give is a 4 star because I have been experiencing issues recently but will continue to support and purchase from dolls kill and hope they improve
They’ve gone downhill
Not what they used to be, don’t order from them. Shipping is a nightmare, they had an old address saved for me in their system. I tried changing it, I noticed it still put my old address. I got ahold of them and asked them to fix it before it shipped. They fixed and sent me multiple verifications it was the correct address.
They sent it with Veho, I guess idk what that is, and to the wrong address. I told veho to send it to my address and they said they don’t deliver there(in SF, a major city, but ok) . I refused the package and then DK sent it back out to the wrong address again without confirming or me asking them to. They disregarded my email. I’m assuming it was to not give me a refund because the package was being sent back to them. Now I’m in a loop of refusing the package and whatever AI customer service DK have just not understanding anything at all. They don’t do refunds and give you a gift card even though I genuinely don’t want to order from there ever again even if they tripled what I paid in gift cards. Sucks because they used to be pretty reliable a few years ago. I ordered from there all the time.

Worst shopping experience ever. The Post Service said they never received the parcel from dollskill. Yet dollskill claimed the parcel got lost by the carrier. They refuse to refund my 440 €. Thanks I paid with Paypal I hopefully get the money back! I would never ever buy there again. These smells like scam! I would not recommend These site to anybody!!!!
I’ve ordered from here a couple times
I’ve ordered from here a couple times, without fail there will be a problem with the shipping. There is always an “issue” that delays the package from being shipped, and then it finally gets shipped a month later when I don’t need it anymore. If you try to cancel it because the package is not being shipped out you can’t, if you try to return it they will not refund you they will only give you store credit. You would get the same quality off sites like shein with faster arrival, don’t waste your time here.
Order Delay Story
I ordered about 5 items back in July. There was a delay with one pre-order item that we preventing the rest of the items to be sent and I was starting to get really frustrated. I reached out to customer support and the support rep, Jenni, made me go from “I am never ordering something from here again” to “wow they actually have amazing customer service!”. Jenni was able to quickly act and push my order through! Because of this experience, I will definitely continue shopping with DollsKill. Obviously they have amazing clothes, but their customer support really makes you feel taken care of. Thanks again, Jenni!!
Don’t trust!
Placed an order in May for 5 sale items. The order didn’t show on my account. After multiple emails to customer service, was told they were on ‘pre order’ which was strange as it was a sale and they showed in stock.
Eventually the order showed with a delivery date. That came and went. After chasing customer service again I was told due to high orders they were waiting for stock to come in.
It’s now September 1st and I’ve still recieved nothing. I have asked for a refund so we’ll see how that goes. Definitely would not trust this company.
AI customer service response didn’t handle my case well the first time, but the second time I reached out it was fine.
EDIT: I wrote the contact form again today and got a better response to replace the item with gift card and I didn’t need to pay to ship the other item back. I think the AI didn’t know how to handle my original request, but the issue was resolved by reaching back out.
Original: They sent me the totally wrong item and then expect me to pay to ship it back when it was their mistake. They’re saying it’s because I didn’t pay for their 360° protection, but that’s crazy because they were the ones who sent me the wrong item. They also don’t offer refunds, only gift cards.
Ignoring customer complaints and unprofessional behavior
I ordered two items in May and the original delivery time was 2 weeks but then something went wrong and the delivery time changed to 2 months. I still agreed but when it came time for delivery my boots were delivered to the wrong address and the other pair of pants were returned. I was very disappointed and complained many times and they ignored me, I spent a lot of money on shipping and waited a long time and got frustrated. When I told them I would not accept the gifr card because I would never shop there again because they do not respect their customers word and their unprofessionalism I said that and they still ignored me and sent me the gifr card

Horrible. I ordered 6 items, 5 were cancelled by DollsKill. I cancelled the last one several times, because I did not want to pay the large shipping and handling costs for just that item, as I wanted 6 before. I got ignored, luckily PayPal helped me out.

Dolls Kill always takes care of me as a customer. Whether I'm purchasing online or in stores, they always make sure everything gets to me on time. If I've ever had issues with a product, their customer support team is more than happy to help resolve my issue, and in a very timely manner. I love this brand and will continue to purchase from them :)
Extremely mediocre experience in every department
I received a pair of boots that were both sized 6 but one boot was under 9” in length while the other was just over 9 & 1/2” in length. There was a notable difference at first glance, but I tried them on anyway with only one shoe fitting. To add to the lack of quality control, their method of taking care of their customer is having them find time in their busy schedule to return the boots, wait for the boots to be sent back to dolls kill, and only once the return has been processed, will you get a gift card for said boots. Hopefully there will still be a promo, and hopefully the boots will still be in stock in my size. Otherwise supporting this business will have been a complete and total waste of time. I’d also like to add that I’ve never dealt with quality control so bad that my shoes were completely different sizes. I have given customer support over 24 hours to reply to my complaint which they have not. Typically, I give businesses 48 hours however I think a lack of quality control and a return process that only benefits the company are big issues so I’d at least expect quick, phenomenal customer support as balance.
Edit: it’s been days and I still haven’t received a response so I reached out to Dolls Kills. They said the issue isn’t theirs as I added Onward protection to my cart when I ordered the boots. The problem is, I didn’t add anything to my cart other than the boots. Onward was automatically added and as a new customer, I assumed keeping it in the cart was the standard. It seems they use Onward as a means to not hold themselves accountable for any mistakes. & Onward just doesn’t email back so I’m screwed. Also Dolls Kill was super condescending apologizing that I didn’t get “perfect” boots. I literally just wanted a pair of boots that were the same size as the other. For most businesses, that is the standard. For Dolls Kill, it’s one of many obstacles. Arguably the scammiest business I’ve ever supported. No wonder they only give you gift cards for their mess ups. They’d go out of business otherwise!
Fabulous clothes, shit delivery!
Clothes are fabulous, but the logistic service is just AWFUL! This has happened to me multiple times now, wrong items sent, ordered items are out of stock so they just sit on your order for weeks on end and do nothing, until you ask them. Have been sent completely wrong items and all they do is "sorry for the inconvenience". What a f...ng load of shit!

I have loved dollskill for years but my most recent order changed my mind. I ordered a dress and boots over a month ago. I got the dress, but the boots never shipped. I reached out to their customer service team two weeks ago and haven’t heard back. Shop somewhere else… they’re flakes!
