Excellent Support from Maya
My order arrived damaged, but Maya was incredibly helpful and resolved the issue right away. She provided excellent customer service and issued a full refund. Really appreciated how easy she made the process!
They have such predatory practices
They have such predatory practices. I had placed an order and made a mistake with shipping which I realized right away. They do not have a way to change or cancel an order. I understand if it had been fulfilled already or shipped but it hasn’t even been 10 minutes from placing the order when I reached out to them. When I talked to customer service they said there is nothing they can do and that the item I ordered is not refundable. They do not take into account their customer and potential mistakes (human error) that can happen with an order.

Will never purchase from this store ever again. Their plus sizes are not true to size and the worst part YOU CAN NOT RETURN IT. This is not cheap costumes. I paid almost $80 for something I cannot wear. I also asked since I don't want my money back, I just want to exchange the size, they still deny my request. Also, the costume is CHEAP MATERIAL the stockings roll down so I hope you have fabric tape to hold it up,and if you are busty I hope you are ready to buy shorts because it rides up due to the fabric bunching at the girls. If I were you, I would search elsewhere. You cannot trust them.
Dolls kill is high price Temu
This company and the last three years has gone downhill. I recently bought a pair of boots on sale and after one week of use the SOLE has come off and they are not offering me anything other than a gift certificate. I had them one week and I’m out of $80 and they expect me to want to buy from them again? Hell no. I wish we could add photos but trust pilot doesn’t seem to allow that.

Would leave no stars if I could. My Apple Pay incorrectly auto populated my shipping address, so I emailed them immediately like within the minute it happened, and they got back to me immediately saying it was too far into the fulfillment process and there’s nothing they can do. Can’t cancel and can’t change the address. I explained that address is notorious for package theft and so it won’t work for it to just get returned. They insisted there’s nothing they can do. All the technology in the world and no way to provide a standard customer service function?
Still no items and No response.
I purchased several items. They told me shipping was delayed. Cancelled one of my items. It’s been over 2 weeks still haven’t received my items and have sent 2 emails with no response.
If they mess up they wont fix it

Should be zero stars. The item was probably lost in one of the sorting centers. The item was not moving for 17 days during transit. They did not put the money back, but issued an onward gift card only. Not trusted, it is like a scam.
Ordered two Halloween costumes
Ordered two Halloween costumes. The $83 one was super low quality. The red sequins went EVERYWHERE while just trying it on for the first time. The wig looked nothing like the photo and the cape wouldn't stay attached. Didn't realize their return policy was terrible. Only gift cards given out for returns.

This is the worse company I've ever bought from. Extremely high prices for poor-quality products. I've waited five long months to receive an order. They're the only online company that doesn't even have a phone number to contact them. Everything is done via email, which is answered by a machine in most cases, or not answer at all. Two seasons passed, and after my insistence they finally decided to send me three of the seven products I purchased. They canceled the rest because they don’t have it, and they only refunded me half of that money. How is it possible that they canceled and only refunded me half of my money for those four pieces they weren't going to send me? The audacity and abuse this company displays toward its customers is inconceivable. Be aware of this company.

Order took forever to arrive in Canada and even if i paid fast shipping and protection shipping fees, still had a bad experience overall with my order and customer service. I usually write good reviews and I was excited to try this brand since the pictures are really edgy and aesthetic but it's actually not worth it for the price and experience. You better off shop somewhere else unless they chance their refund/return policy
Appalling quality, not worth the money.
Bought my daughter school shoes as they have bigger sizes, within a week of wearing the soles started to come away from the fabric, and now at 4 weeks the soles half split across the middle, making them uncomfortable to wear. She only wears them around school (doesn't walk to and from as catches school bus), so little wear. Cost £50 for shoes, which should last more than a month. Appalling quality for what they cost. Contacted them but had no reply. Now having to buy my daughter another pair of shoes.
I never got my package!
I was so excited for Halloween that I decided to order my costume early instead of waiting until the last minute which I’m beyond grateful for, because I never even got my costume. I ordered an Alice in Wonderland costume on September 28 and decided on October 6 to email customer service since it still hadn’t shipped. They replied the next day to let me know they never sent it out because, somehow, it was returned to the sender before I even received it! They also told me I wouldn’t be getting any money back and that the best they could do was offer store credit which I definitely won’t be using.

Dolls kill charged me double for an item i shipped back for a larger size, due to their only store credit policy, and charged me a restocking fee, i will not order from this store anymore, i have an open dispute going on right now

No returns. It’s a lie. They also put insurance in your cart. They only offer a gift card. I bet you won’t even get that. What a scam. I’m reversing charges.
Selling used clothes?
I've ordered once before and got some awesome shoes. No issues there. Second order, both my items were separated and one package got here first, opened it today and there's sand in the pockets? Meant to be a brand new jumper, has american sand in the pockets. I'm Australian and our sand looks different. kind of flabbergasted. So yeah, nice clothes but is selling used clothes????????? I found out because I took my phone and vape out of each pocket and theres sand on both? Like everywhere.
Customer service is as good as the products
Yeah, there is always some delays in receiving an order, especially if it’s overseas but that should be expected as it goes through many channels. My order came to my country and then the local delivery services didn’t follow procedure or reply to my requests for details; they sent my order back. Despite this not being Dolls Kill problem they were supportive, informative and helpful. I cannot stress enough how, despite some shipping/delivery delays, how good the customer service is at Dolls Kill. If you want easy access clothes without the incredible style you can get from Dolls Kill then go to a high street shop. As an online store which ships internationally they do very well at delivering orders and communicating with customers about orders
Dollskill has poor reviews for good reason!
I used to love dolls kill but they have grown increasingly very shady and irresponsible! Usually I ordered multiple items at a time, I’ve spent a great deal of money with them, they were great previously like a couple of years ago. I made a purchase recently , one item, and they couldn’t even get it right, also it shows I purchased more than one item which no I didn’t . Oh but it seems that there is some third party that the box is checked following your chosen item for purchase so when you proceed to check out it is added to your purchase, along with the shipping fee of course. ONWARD is apparently the additional purchase I was not aware that was added to my order, I have no idea what it is really, but turns out that if there is an issue with your shipment upon arrival, dolls kill has relieved themselves from any responsibility and just tells you onward has you covered! WHAT?! AND HERES WHAT ONWARD DOES….. GIVES YOU A STORE CREDIT! IS THAT RIGHT? HMMM WE WILL SEE ABOUT THAT!!! I’m contacting the California states attorney general and reporting this, took dolls kill one second to get the money from my card, shipment took more than a week to arrive , one single item , they did not ship the item I ordered! Nope , so I contact them immediately just for them to say , “ oops looks like there was a mixup” I’m sorry but I’m furious at this point and that’s what they reply with! So they tell me to go to onward , onward has me covered, ha ! No onward does not since onward only wants to refund me by giving me a store credit! WTF! I contacted dollskill again to assure them again I AM NOT SHOPPING AT DOLLSKILL EVER AGAIN, I WANT MY MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT! NOT A WORTHLESS STORE CREDIT! Not only am I contacting the states attorney general, but also the FTC and the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! I. Will get my money back! Needless to say all the negative anyone sees about dollskill is in fact true, if you want to save yourself some time, money and most importantly the stress and anger, do not shop dollskill! If you do, prepare yourself for disappointment, that is the one thing they guarantee! DISAPPOINTMENT! The warehouse in Irving Texas must also be aka the center for the blind because the item I ordered has a picture of the item that is in the package and it is definitely not the item I ordered!!!! Such poor customer relations and by dollskill handing you over to a third party while they say you will be refunded by that third party, it’s a refund but in the form of a store credit, they screw up your order then make you spend the refund in their store!!! NO WAY DOLLSKILL!!! That is unacceptable to me! I am reporting this to every consumer agency I know of. If I don’t get my money back, I’m going to go into the dollskill app and load my bag with a whole bunch of items and leave it there and they can empty it themselves, I will continue to do that over and over just to annoy them as much as they are doing to me at this moment! Dolls Kills Halloween
I recently purchased a Halloween costume in size Medium and was disappointed to find that the sizing did not align with standard expectations. At 5’8” and 150 pounds, I typically wear a Medium comfortably, yet this item was significantly off.
Upon reaching out for an exchange, I was informed that your policy only allows for returns—not exchanges—and that a $3.99 shipping fee would be deducted. Additionally, the refund is issued as a gift card for only $77.27, despite my original payment of $84.01. To make matters worse, the same item is now listed at full price for $117.
This approach feels unfair and inconsistent with good business practices. When a customer returns an item due to sizing issues and wishes to repurchase the exact same product, the original discount should be honored. Penalizing customers for sizing discrepancies—especially when exchanges aren’t offered—undermines trust and discourages future purchases.
I hope you’ll consider revisiting this policy to ensure a more equitable and customer-friendly experience.
