Dishonest business and terrible customer service!
I ordered a Halloween costume on October 20, 2025, and paid $29.99 for 3-day express shipping (plus $3.95 shipping insurance) because the website advertised “$5 overnight delivery.” However, for my ZIP code, the only available option was the $29.99 -3 days express shipping — which I chose.
The order did not arrive until November 4, 2025, well past Halloween and far beyond the promised delivery time. When I contacted the store, they refused to issue a refund or accept a return, claiming the sale was “final.” This was never stated anywhere on their website at the time of purchase — they marked the order as “final sale” only when shipping.
This is a dishonest, illegal and misleading business practice. The store takes no responsibility for late deliveries or FALSE advertising.
Save your money, time, and sanity — shop elsewhere!

Don’t order here I ordered a Halloween costume paid almost $40 for overnight shipping and the costume never shipped when I asked for a refund on the overnight shipping they refused. I was refunded for the item due to what they said was inventory issues, but never received a refund on the shipping. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they ignored my emails. That’s another thing you can only reach them by filling out a contact form on their website. Don’t recommended terrible customer service avoid at all costs

I still haven’t received an update on my order that I ordered nearly 3 weeks ago.
I emailed the protection company and they replied saying Dollskill will be in touch shortly to send me a code for store discount, but that’s a bit pointless when I only wanted my halloween costume from them.
I’d still happily use the costume for next year maybe but that’s not the point, I’ve asked for a refund at least and I can’t get one. I would like to know where my parcel is!! Not only that but I’ve had an email asking to review the item and I haven’t even received it. So stupid

Highly disappointed, would never order from here again. Still have not received my order which was preordered in September for Halloween. I haven’t even received confirmation that it has been shipped and I had to buy a different Halloween costume. I have contacted them several times and the feedback form on your website does not work. This costume was expensive and the customer service and order tracking has been appalling. The returns policy appears to be a scam as it looks from their website to be 30 days from the date of order. At this point I’m not even sure the item exists. Given that my order was a pre order and the severe delay in any delivery, it looks like it is not possible for me to return if the item does arrive, though this is illegal.

Order delayed for ages, items cancelled, and instead of refunding my card they dumped part of the money onto a useless voucher I never agreed to , then later said the voucher was “forfeit.” Their own pages don’t even say that. Weeks of being ignored then scripted replies and being told to close my card dispute before they’ll help. I still don’t have my money back for the items they never sent (or the basic postage on those items) plus they charged me an extra insurance fee that wasnt reimbursed despite my never having agreed to it. What good was that insurance anyway? None at all since I didnt get my order or my money back. Honestly, save yourself the headache and shop somewhere that refunds to your card like the law says. All the reviews here are all saying the same thing avoid...by the way their stuff is apalling quality.

I did a pre order that was supposed to ship early October and it never did and they literally don’t care they didn’t answer any emails with any updates so I cancelled it.
They don’t deserve or need your money with how they act.
Purchased some costumes
Purchased some costumes, one arrived with the gem completely off of the crown, one arrived damp inside of the package and one arrived missing an item (rag doll). Keep in mind I had purchased the extra protection plan upon check out, which in my opinion after dealing with them, is a waste to even purchase. Don’t buy the protection plan. Both dolls kill company and the protection plan company only offer the same solution. The only solution was they offer me store credit for the items…how does this help me when I’m not looking to purchase from them ever again with this first terrible experience. Horrible company and horrible support.
Completely Downhill, Will Never Purchase Again
I’ve purchased from Dolls Kill in the past for festival wear, but it had been a couple years. This Halloween, I decided to give them another try and ordered two costumes: their Alice in Wonderland costume and the Scaredy Lion costume. I paid for overnight shipping on both items and was excited to receive them.
The Alice costume arrived two days later and I was shocked by how horrific the quality was. Honestly, it was worse than Spirit Halloween or Shein. The fabric, the stitching, the fit… it looked and felt like something that should’ve never passed any kind of quality control.
As for the Scaredy Lion costume? Despite paying for overnight shipping, it still hasn't arrived and it’s now been over 10 days. Assuming it was lost, I placed a second order for the same costume, again with overnight shipping, and once again it’s been 3 days with no movement. The item hasn’t even shipped from their warehouse.
This company is completely disorganized, and their customer experience is beyond frustrating. Between the terrible quality and unreliable shipping, I deeply regret shopping with Dolls Kill and will never order from them again.

Really disappointed. I used to buy from this company all the time and thought I would treat myself to a decent Halloween costume. I might as well of bought it from Temu. Also, I can’t get a refund for it apparently, to make it worse. The sizing is completely off so wouldn’t surprise me if it is from Temu and they buy all their clothing from there. £45 wasted.

Love the costume i’ve ordered from here. It fits me super good and it flatters me well, and i cannot wait to wear it. The only issue was the delivery service being lazy; not bringing my package to my door, but instead left it in my lobby which anyone could steal… (thankfully , nobody in my building be stealing packages tho) . And as well as it being hours off time. It said estimated by 4-8 pm , but it came at 10 pm. I mean , i still got the package though so no worries. I would buy another costume from here ON SALE because them prices is kinda ridiculous when not

Sizes run super small & packaging is Aweful!
Ordered 2 tops in different sizes. FYI, the sizes run super tiny. I’m an XSmall and the size Medium is what fits me.
Also, note that when I received my tops, I opened which had each top individually package inside of the shipping package. The outside of shipping package was fine, however inside the package the pink package insert that one top was in was in shreds. The top itself seemed fine but the packaging looked like a rodent had chewed it up and spit it out in pieces. The package literally had bite holes throughout and tiny pieces of packaging fell out everywhere. A huge mess! Never have I seen anything like this.
Claimed to be “delivered” but zero attempts
My first order took 30 days for it to say “delivered” even though the package never arrived. Not even an attempted delivery, nothing, so I emailed customer service and they claimed that the “carrier” confirmed it was delivered and they can try to resend it with expedited shipping. My 2nd package claimed to be “delivered” after 10 days but again, I did not capture ANY delivery attempts and my package is missing. When I actually tried to check the tracking link again, the page stopped working and my anti-virus wall said it blocked multiple viruses. I thought it was super weird because when I tried to use the Shop app to track the package, Dolls Kill doesn’t actually have a courier they provide so I’m unable to locate my package whereabouts besides the page they provide. I’ve ordered lots of different items online and never have they claimed to be “delivered” multiple times but literally I see zero delivery attempts (no cars with delivery packages, no person dropping off anything, my neighbors don’t have my package either) and I made sure my address is correct. So, if your company is notorious for shipping issues wouldn’t they find a better courier? But honestly it’s really sketched an actually courier isn’t even provided for us to search them up on another tracking site to see where our stuff is. When emailing customer service, they stated the courier can’t do anything about it because they claimed it was already delivered and can’t give a full refund. So this whole situation just feels really suspicious and the waiting period for the clothes was a total of 40 days.

I wish there was a zero stars option. The worst customer service I’ve ever had. They take your money and never ship your items they just send you “shipment delay” emails until you have to call your bank and report them as fraudulent.

Do not buy from Dolls Kill (or at least read the T&C’s!). First of all - California prop 65. “warning: Products sold on this site may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm”. I’m from the UK and not sure if this is normal over in the US, but that is wild.
Secondly, I ordered the Demanding Cowgirl Costume Set, and what arrived was completely different to what was advertised.
The outfit description is this:
“This costume set includes a vegan leather bustier with adjustable shoulder straps, pyramid stud detailing on the straps and bust, o-ring hardware on the bust, a curved hem, a back zipper closure, matching panties with a decorative buckle on the front, attached chaps with bungee closures and studs, a whip, a metal spiked choker, and a felt studded cowboy hat”
No studs on the straps of the top, no studs on the trousers (‘chaps’), both completely plain. The choker is meant to be thick, chunky, spiked with a ring on the front. I received a thin piece of studded leather. They also did not include the whip. Clothes didn’t fit at all, by the way.
They take forever to reply unless it’s a simple query, as soon as there’s a problem you’ll be offered store credit, not a refund and then left in the dark for ages.
Granted, buy at your own risk. I understand that they clearly state in the terms and conditions about the effects of the materials and it’s up to the customer whether they want to proceed or not.
Just be warned of false advertising, harmful products and semi-useful customer service. And you will most likely only be offered a gift card instead of money back - or most likely nothing at all. They told me to return the parcel, but when I tried (using the link they sent me), it said my order is non-refundable as it is a ‘final sale item’.
Pretty much just a glorified Temu, a waste of money which I will likely never see again.

First time buyer, I placed an order and immediately found something equivalent that would arrive sooner. I attempted to find a customer service number, which proved futile and eventually sent an email. All within minutes of placing the order, well under a 1 hour time frame. I asked via email to cancel and got a quick response stating it was already in the fulfillment process and couldn't be cancelled. I know for a fact this is not the case, I am in the logistics industry. Subsequently, they only offer a store credit....so they lock you in and there's no way out! Very frustrating. I have not choice but to cancel with Amex.
