I placed an order on 12/17/2025 did upgraded shipping and still hadn’t received the shoes. I first initially asked for a refund for the shipping on Christmas Eve with hopes of still receiving the shoes but here I am on today and still hadn’t received the shoes or tracking information so I requested a refund for the shoes as well. Please order at your own risk from this place.

This company can’t even provide a phone number to call and check on an order and you have to buy protection on your package what a slimy ass company.

Terrible store. 1 star is not low enough. The clothes are terrible quality and is extremely overpriced with a terrible return policy. Please never shop there.

They will not refund you for returns or faulty items. They claim to just give store credit for returns which is already terrible, but even this is false. They haven't responded to my inquiries for weeks now and never sent a return label. Luckily my credit card company was able to dispute my payment and refund me. Total scam company, don't buy from them.

FEAR Dolls kill: IF YOUR ORDER IS MISSING THEY WILL NOT RESPONDE TO YOU, THEY WILL HOLD YOU ACCOUNTABLE. IN ONE OF MY ORDERS THEY DELAYED FOREVER AND THE SECOND ONE, THEY SEND ME A NOTE TELLING ME THAY MY ORDER IS IN DELAY...AND THEN, THE MONTHS KEEP PASSING AND NO MORE NEWS FROM THEM.

Just like many other reviews I never received my item. They refuse to refund. This has to be illegal.

They tried to deliver my package ONCE, and no more. I contacted support and they said it's not going to be delivered and I can get store credit back, but not the tax or shipping money, just a big f*** you. Never buying from them again.

I‘m so disappointed. I ordered before Halloween. It’s almost the next year and still no order arrived.
I wrote 4 emails still no awnser. I even tried contacting them through the app to get a refund or one of those gift cards instead. I just wanted those two items nothing more. I also bought the 360° Protection. Such a waste. I’m so disappointed since the clothes look really cool in general.
I filed a complaint with PayPal now in order to get at least my money back (it’s over 100$ for two items I never got)

I ordered a beautiful dress. It came after a really long time. The dress was mediocre at best but cost 90 dollars. Not to mention the fabric was itchy, kinda like the dresses you put on toy barbies. Then I keep getting charged for some membership that is super hard to cancel. I'm pretty well verse in computer literacy but they purposely make it hard to cancel. Frankly, the integrity of this company seems to be low.

They sent my order to the wrong address. I had to pay customs tax on the order. They then said that they would give me a gift note or send it again. I told him I didn’t want either that I wanted a refund but they still gave me the gift note anyway I no longer want the order as it has gone well past the time I needed it for. I didn’t want to place another order with them as I would have to pay customs again for the second time- don’t order from this place

Dollskill deliberately misled me into paying an extra €30 for “expedited” shipping, advertised as delivery within 6-10 business days. That promise was the only reason I agreed to the additional charge.

That promise was false.

My order is now taking longer than the guaranteed timeframe, and when I contacted customer service, the situation got worse. I received one dismissive response that did not address my concern, did not explain the misinformation, and did not offer any apology or resolution. After that, I was simply ignored.

Despite the shipping guarantee being inaccurate and entirely their responsibility, Dollskill has taken zero accountability:

-No refund of the expedited shipping
-No free return
-No apology
-No follow-up

Charging customers extra money based on false delivery assurances and then refusing to acknowledge the mistake is unacceptable and unethical. Ignoring customers once payment is taken shows exactly how little Dollskill values accountability or consumer trust.

If you’re considering ordering from Dollskill, be warned: their shipping promises cannot be trusted, and if something goes wrong, you’re on your own.

Dollskill will just take your money, it is basically a scam site.

I wanted to cancel my order before it arrived in the UK. However, dollskill wouldn't let me. So my items arrived in the UK, with a fat customs fee of £70. I didn't pay customs fee as the items needed to be returned anyway. So all the items were returned and now they are not paying me back for the items I never received in the first place. I don't want a shit gift card which is the only thing they're offering I just want my money back. This is so ridiculous I will never shop from them again. I've lost £150 and idk what to do.

Mad a genuine mistake with a size on an order tried to rectify this literally the day after , was told they couldn’t do anything and would have to re order and just return the other ones , when we did this it then turned out it would cost over £40 to return the wrong ones and they would only give us store credit but didn’t tell me this till after we tried to return them and wouldn’t help at all with the return costs so I’ve got two items and one is useless ,
Also they wouldn’t have even packaged the first one so they could have just cancelled it if they wanted too ,
All conversations have been blunt and non helpful the whole way through just repeating the same useless statements and not once offering any help at all

I returned an item that I bought off of TikTok Shop, they claimed that they never received it and now I am out almost $300. I contacted customer service at least 20 times through that form they have online and through email but still haven’t received a response. It’s been almost two months now.

I would leave 0 if I could.
Poor quality items for a luxury price.
Poor customer service.
Difficult to get a cancellation or a refund once they have your money.

I guess dollskill turned into a scam company. In previous years I loved to buy some clothes and shoes and there was never any problem, but this year I made order for more than 200€, in may and it turned out it was a PREORDER! So I wait... and wait... and wait... ask support and they said to wait a bit more (not sure if it was a person or just a bot)... On October I got a refund for one of the orders items! And two days later thet sent me message that my order is shipped... Got two links, checked them both, but it was just updated about shippement status, but no contact, no address to go and receive my packages, delivery company doesn't responded to my email and when I tried to call a number from their website it didn't existed. Delivery guy never knocked to my door, on the website in the shippement status appeared "Shipment in return transit". So no money, no delivery, no items, no contact, I just feel scammed. Please avoid this shop.

great selection of styles, a bit of hit and miss on the items. I ordered a ski suit and it did not fit, also came damaged so had to be returned. They only offered gift card credit even that process took over a month

They use unreliable packaging services so that packages do not arrive correctly- disappointing.

Worst experience of my life. When you request a refund they give you a dumb gift card instead of your money back. This store is a scam. I asked for a refund not a dumb stupid gift card to buy at your lousy store. I WANT MY MONEY BACK YOU THEIFS. BUYERS BEWARE!!!
