Ths Dogs Trust is an amazing place
Ths Dogs Trust is an amazing place. Everywhere is so clean and all the staff are very helpful. I adopted a 7 year old greyhound called Molly a week ago and she is now part of our family. She has settled very well. I would recommend anyone looking for a dog to adopt to try the Dogs Trust. I would like to thank the staff for all they do.

A great experience throughout &…
5 star experience throughout & ongoing, from the application, meeting the dogs, when collecting the dogs to take them home & the support & contact post adoption.
We happened to go to the Dogs Trust the day after I had applied for the dogs, just to have a look at all the dogs there. The staff were so helpful & friendly. We were able to meet the two i had applied for & take them for a walk in the grounds.
This continued in the same vein when I went to collect the dogs to take them home. Absolutely loads of necessary & helpful information given. Staff were so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble & you're not made to feel stupid for asking loads of questions.
They contacted me when I got home to say I had left without taking the food that they supply & they offered to bring it for us. Contacted a few days later to see how the dogs had settled in & if there were any problems. We will be able to speak to a vet when we take them back for their 2nd vaccinations because we have a few questions.
There will be a 'touch base' telephone call in a few weeks & again at a few months. I am yet to use it but there is a whole range of behavioural support from one that is free to others with a fee attached.
So far, absolutely cannot fault the process at Shrewsbury. Well done guys, you are getting it so right 😊😊

Excellent experience. Cardiff Dogs Trust are spot on.
All staff are Cardiff Dogs Trust were very friendly and helpful.
Coco, the bulldog we adopted, has settled in really quickly and really well.
A but apprehensive, on the day of adoption, as in would everything be OK, but it's been a fantastic experience, and would 100% recommend going to Dogs Trust, to anyone wanting to adopt.

The staff members at the Glasgow centre…
The staff members at the Glasgow centre were amazing. They were so welcoming as soon as walked through the door. They showed us to were all the dogs were being kept. Once we seen one we liked we got chatting to a staff member to see if we were suitable for the dog. The process to meeting the dog was so smooth, the staff called regularly with updates as our dog had to see the vet a few times before she left. They didn’t want to let her go until she had the all clear which I thought was a great touch. We were given some food to last a while and some of the dogs medication also. I would recommend using dogs trust to anyone. They are so friendly and clearly care about every dog the rescue.

A fantastic adoption process
The communication was brilliant throughout and the interactions with the dog prior to adoption were well managed.
We have a beautiful dog with nothing that we weren’t expecting from the information and talks we had previously had with the trust.

Great professional and caring team
Leeds centre have excellent staff and clearly look after the dogs very well. We were dealt with professionally whilst adopting our dog. I was a little unsure of the matching process initially but it has worked out well in the end.

Wonderful Canterbury Team
We have adopted a lovely dog from the Canterbury Rehoming Centre. From our very first interaction we have been well informed by a caring and knowledgeable team. We are 3 days into our adoption and have received several follow-up calls from the team to check on our progress. We can't say enough complimentary things about the Dogs Trust team, the entire process has been supportive and kind. Our dog is happily settling in to life with us and we are feeling extremely grateful.

Dogs Trust - Stunning!
The staff at Dogs Trust in Loughborough were fantastic, very helpful and supportive. Even when we phoned the Dogs Trust call centre, the staff were really helpful and friendly. The adoption process has been amazing! They keep in touch to make sure the settling-in is a success and offer ongoing support and advice. It has been a wonderful experience; they really care for each and every dog and want the best for them.

Everyone at Cardiff Dogs Trust were very friendly and willing to give us advice on the adoption of Willow (flip flops).
A vague background was given to us ( as much as the staff new) to prepare us on what we could expect from Willow.
We have been offered plenty of support since the adoption and moving forward.
