Ordered a perfume for next day delivery, I phoned up and enquired why it hadn't been delivered and I got told that because I ordered after 1pm it would arrive the following day. Apparently 1pm is the cut off time for next day delivery which I was unaware of. I've been charged for next day delivery even though my item has not arrived. I will not be ordering from Direct Cosmetics ever again.

Great prices and good delivery, as usual. Direct Cosmetics have never let me down over the years I have ordered items with them and I have always been very happy.

However, I've knocked one star off their 'excellent' rating because I'm really not liking their new website - It's very difficult to log in, unless you are going through the check-out (which I found out by telephoning their customer service) you cannot see 'My Account' anymore to check your orders or previous orders - I wish they would make it more account customer friendly and change it back!

I'm usually a little wary when ordering from a website for the first time but I needn't have worried - everything was fine. Simple ordering process, good email updates, very fast delivery and an excellent product at around half the price on some other websites. I would definitely use again.

Excellent!ordered 100 MLS issey miyake for bargain £27! Ordered Saturday evening,despatched midday Monday with standard delivery.Today received it with tracked 48.Well packed and secured and genuine fragrance.Will be back-excellent!

Have purchased numerous items from this site on several occasions and have never had any problems at all. Always delivered within timescale given. Never had to contact their customer service department so cannot comment on that aspect. Just placing a further order now. Great prices. Happy customer.

I have purchased a night cream for my mother as a birthday present, bought with a special delivery charge ( £5,95) on the 2nd of November thinking that I was going to receive it on the 3rd, although I did receive a email from them saying that the order has been processed and sent to DPD delivery, today 8th November and I have still to be calling them to found that that the items apparently were sent via royal mail. Lady hang up the phone on me and I am still trying to figure out what is going on. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO MY WORST ENEMY.

The customer services team were very rude and seemed to be incompetent to do there job properly or to supply me with the order which I placed. Will not be using this company again.

I spent some money on this site just after Christmas. The delivery was good, I think I waited about a week and I can't complain especially for the time of year it was. The packaging could be improved a little in case of damage in transit but my parcel arrived safely.

Bought some afttershaves and paid for expedited delivery. On receipt found they had been sent without box packaging. The container they were sent in was filled with rubbish paper instead of proper packing material. I needed them urgently for gifting so had to buy urgently from a local shop. Will never buy again from this company.

I had been looking in vain for a specifik lipstick that were not to find on any other page, until I came across this site who had a few of them left!
I would definitely recommend this site! There were no problems with the delivery.

This site is great! They have a wide selections of products from discounted perfumes, makeup, skin care to much more! I recently discovered this site and will definitely be buying from them again my order came quick and everything was well packaged. All the products are much more cheaper than you would find in other UK beauty stores I purchased some OPI nail polishes for under £3 which are retailed at over £10 in stores. They have a great selection of discounted makeup from good brands such as Rimmel, Clinique, bourjois, maybelline. Will definitely be recommending them to others.

I have not used DC for a little while until this week when I needed some Paco Rabanne Ultra Violet EDP.
A 100ml tester was around £16 less than retail, and delivery was very quick. Item was well packaged, and I was kept informed regarding the status of my order throughout.
Absolutely no issues with DC, and will certainly be using them again.

Great value for money and lots of choice on well know makes.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Directcosmetics. I placed many orders with them over the past two years and never experienced any problems. I mostly order perfumes from them because their prices are very low compared to those here in Belgium. The shipping costs to countries outside the UK aren't too expensive, the delivery is super fast and the products are always well-packaged in bubble wrap.

I've been using this company for a few years now and i've never had any problems with them. It's easy to order and goods are sent out promptly and well packaged.
