My first order with DC. Fast delivery and a very good price. I ordered a tester perfume which usually cost a fortune. Product was genuine and I am happy with my bargain

First time I paced an order with Direct Cosmetics and the service and products were brilliant. Great people highly recommended from my experience.

Ordered a gift from this company in which it didn’t arrive although it apparently did but it certainly wasn’t handed to me. I contacted customer service and they apparently cannot help and it’s down to me. I’ll never be ordering from then again and neither will my family and friends.

I ordered Light blue eau de toilette from this supplier. I have used this product for many years, and love it.. More and more I believe this to be fake product, and I have been misled. I will not be ordering from direct cosmetics again for this reason.

Fake perfume. Ordered a bottle of Joop eau toilette, and recived something that smells cheap and completely different and does not last at all. I had a product from boots and 2 products from this fake selling company. The boots one lasts ALL day and these fake ones smell disappears straight away. You can’t even smell it which is pathetic. Will never order from here again.

Excellent & fast service. Product good, Even upgraded me to a bigger 200ml bottle which was a welcome surprise. Will use again.

exactly what i asked for, came in 2 days

I have been a customer of Direct Cosmetics.com for over 8 years and I have always had excellent service, great products and some fantastic bargains. Their orders are always very well packed, the delivery is prompt and the prices are excellent. They are my go to supplier for birthdays and xmas presents.

I'VE ORDERED LARGE ORDER TWICE , AND OK BUT , FIRST TIME I GOT THE DISCOUNT AND FREE DELIVERY ?2ND TIME ONLY FREE DELIVERY ,WHY GIVE A DISCOUNT CODE IF YOU CAN ONLY USE EITHER? BUT FAST DELIVERY WELL PKD N OK , CUSTOMER SERVICES WAS AOK TOO .JUST THOUGHT I SHOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE GET MY DISCOUNT AT THE COMPLETION BUT NOT .

Ordered a fragrance from this site as a gift. I then received a message after 24 hours claiming that the order could not be fulfilled due to 'unforseen circumstances' and a refund was promptly issued. However, the same fragrance then miraculously reappeared on the site at double the price I originally paid!!!

If you want more money for items that you've already sold, maybe you should be honest with customers rather than hiding behind the old 'unforseen circumstances' story.

Can't recommend this company and won't be using again.

I've just received my parcel from direct cosmetics i ordered it saturday and it was deivered today wat a brilliant service thanku will definitely be buying again it came well packed great value for money so if your doubting direct cosmetics don't its not a fake app or fake perfume like some people claim if you buy from.direct cosmetics you'll never shop any where else again so give it a go you definitely won't be disappointed

Too tell you the truth I am sceptic when it comes to online beauty products. But I decided to buy a Sisley cleanser. It was at a reduced price saying few left. To my amazement the product is genuine and I feel blessed to say the least. I have just ordered another product Sisley again. When I looked at Sisley the product cost £90 but online on all beauty it was £56 so watch this space!!’

Useless company.e mailed 5 times about product .never bother to reply.
Obviously do not want to sell.

I purchased an ‘unopened’ ‘unused’ perfume from this company, on arrival it appeared to have been resealed,I emailed and asked why, they reassured me it was a new product, they didn’t sell seconds, so I kept it and gave it as a gift at a birthday gathering, my friend opened the box to find HALF BOTTLE of fragrance……
To say I am livid is puting this mildly, will be contacting Trading Standards regarding this with the photographs and email trail.
Be very careful what you buy and believe nothing they say

Fake perfume. Ordered 3 bottles of the firetrap eau the toilette, and recived something what smells cheap and completely different.

I was a little dubious after reading the reviews on here, however, I ordered my items on Tuesday and they arrived securely packaged by Friday morning for only £2.50 delivery.. all branded make-up are items I have used before and all are completely genuine. these items combined would have cost me at least £50.00 in the shops yet all cost me only £18.00.. very good service!

Do not use this company. My parcel never arrived and they refuse to do any investigating. I now need to go through my credit card company to obtain a refund. You get what you pay for.

These people Direct Cosmetics do not deserve to be in business. I have a business. My principles are that we deliver an excellent product. We have customer service that cares. We deliver the product and if anyone complained we made it right. You can’t reach anyone here. I explore you to think before buying. Myself and several friends and family members are in the hole bc of my suggestion. Plz research, bc I want no one else to be fooled with these Impostors!!!!

To my big disappointment I have received a fake Dior product!
I know the price was too good to be true, however you are claiming on your website that you only sell 100% genuine products.

1. First of all, the packaging: design looked weird and cheap, not what Dior looks like
2. The product: the smell and residue in skin has no connection to the real product which I know and have used before.
I am contacting the customer service and the email is unreachable…

I never received my order and Directcosmetics were not at all helpful in trying to track it down. Not even an apology. Would not shop with them again.
