He gave me excellent advice regarding which sofa to buy which would accommodate having pets, and he explained all about the 5 year cover plan which will protect my furniture. Additionally he showed empathy for my health condition, helping me to choose a sofa that was suitable. Marc went above and beyond even staying way past his shift finish time to help me. I had the best customer experience ever in DFS and I would highly recommend them and in particular Marc to help you buy new furniture. A****

Just called in to browse, spoke with Lewis had an idea what i was interested in and directed me. Spoke aboit various styles that would suit comfort. Left me to browse, no pressure to buy.
Called in next day with husband to purchase. Spoke with Pamela explained i wanted to spend time just trying sofa which she understood & left me to it. Called her over placed order.
