I placed an order
I placed an order, used a $20 credit (points) and free shipping. the amount reflected on my order and the actual amount were incorrect. The online order under {manager order} was $294.48 and should have been $274.48. Had to chat and waste 15 minutes and she said correct amount was on her end -- something wrong with your IT and technology since viewing my account on cell phone and on laptop both reflected $294.78.

My order went to the wrong address. I know I put in my correct address, but I also know that the website I used, kept attempting to auto correct a different address when I ordered it. I put in the correct address. I paid for overnight express delivery, but never received my product.
