NEVER use this site for any…
NEVER use this site for any purchase!!!! The customer service is rude and not helpful, told me they are not responsible for recalling or re-routing a delivery I did an hour prior as they said I only have 2 minutes. Basically I should pay attention when placing order - twice now a product for well over a hundred dollars delivered to my daughter in a different state while she was out of the country - he address is not the default on my account!!!!!! I will NEVER use them again. Just ordered direct from Dermalogica and Skinceuticals.
LATER DERMSTORE - all my $$$$ NOT to you ever again.

I missed items and they taking forever…
I missed items and they taking forever to do investigation, it’s so hard to get in touch with their customer support. When I first called them, 1st agent was not helpful and “ok, go place another new order.” Then hang up on me. I called back, 2nd agent was more helpful and understanding but he can’t do much but send over to investigate team. It’s been over 2 weeks and I am still waiting?? Never again recommending this online store. Bad customer experience. Buy at your risk.

The speed with which to get help was…
The speed with which to get help was super delayed. When I spoke to the agent she didn’t come on to address the situation just began with telling me to give it one more day. I had to write back for understanding and she said, it’s their full timeline. No other details. My issue isn’t resolved. This is leaving a bad taste in my mouth. I still don’t have my order and it’s been weeks.

After my experience with Digital…
After my experience with Digital Software Labs, I feel compelled to warn others.
I hired the company to rebuild my website and was given numerous promises by the individual managing my account. Based on those promises, I paid an additional $500 for services that were never delivered. After taking my payment, my calls and emails went unanswered for an extended period.
When I finally reached someone at the company, I was told that the two employees who had handled my account had caused problems and were no longer with the company. However, despite acknowledging those employees were gone, Digital Software Labs refused to refund the $500 I had paid. I was simply told that what happened was "in the past" and they would not reimburse me.
The most devastating part of this experience was the loss of years of work during the rebuilding of my website. Hundreds of pages of original content, including articles, videos, interviews, and book-related material that had taken years to create, disappeared. I was ultimately told that the content could not be recovered.
To make matters worse, I still do not have control of my own website. I cannot make changes or updates because I do not have administrative access. When I contacted the hosting company for assistance, I was told they could not grant me access because Digital Software Labs controls the hosting account. Despite repeated requests for ownership or administrative access so I could manage my own website, my requests have largely been ignored.
The end result is that I paid for services that were never completed, lost years of valuable website content, and still cannot fully manage or update my own website.
While a few employees I eventually spoke with were courteous, the company never accepted responsibility for resolving these issues or making things right.
My advice to anyone considering Digital Software Labs is this: make sure you own your hosting account, have full administrative access to your website, and maintain independent backups of all your content before allowing anyone to rebuild or migrate your site. I wish someone had given me that advice before I entrusted them with mine.
