I was sent to a third party site to use my wellness fsa card. The site charged me a $12 “consultation fee” without ever disclosing the fee before or after. Very dishonest.

poor site & checkout experience
15% off first purchase promo is hard to apply on site. No easy way to copy/paste it from the email on your phone. Then it wasn’t even applicable to the product I wanted to purchase! If they didn’t give free shipping I would have bought directly from the brands site.

I ordered 1 item, however; when I checked my cart, it said 2 items with no information about what the 2nd item was. That resulted in me not being able to place the order without an extra step of having to:
1. Figure out a phone number for customer service because no number is listed on your site
2. Take the time to call the number and ask why it said 2 items (which is not divulged on your site).

Dermstore is the absolute worst app…
Dermstore is the absolute worst app I’ve used. I dread having to refill the product that I can only purchase through Dermstore. It’s bulky, unattractive, and super annoying that the option to use rewards isn’t just asked as a matter of course at checkout.

It was rather difficult to navigate and pick out products and then I had trouble with my address and

then I had difficulty changing my telephone # and still don't know if it was changed. I do like products I ordered so will give you another chance, but, it was a bit upsetting and took longer than I wanted. also, too many emails, I received three today, not acceptable.

Very Poor Customer service.
I ordered a hair cream and the company sent a skin cream(their mistake!). I had to send over 8 emails explaining what happened. They required me to first send the skin cream back and pay for shipping. Promising me to refund the shipping ASAP. I sent it back and waited until the USPS confirmed it was received. Many more emails were sent, until finally I noted a refund in my account. No email was sent from the company confirming this. Their customer service is outsourced and poor.
