Good selection
Good selection. I do not like that you charge a 12$ consultation fee EACH time I buy a product that is HSA eligible. I will be purchasing elsewhere because of this.

Frustrating App and User Experience
I initially created my account on the website using the **Sign in with Google** option. When I tried to switch to the app, there wasn’t an option to sign in with my Google account.
I then received six different emails while attempting to set or reset a password, but each link redirected me to the app without ever allowing me to create or reset a password.
To make matters worse, when I tried to use my HSA, I discovered there was a $12 processing fee. At that point, I completed my order through the browser, deleted the app, and have decided not to order from Dermstore again.
Overall, the experience was extremely frustrating and I’ll be looking for another retailer for these products in the future.

PayPal not working
I tried to purchase 2 different times on 2 different days using my PayPal which you list as an option that your customers can make. In both situations I was not able to. It wouldn’t allow me to move past that screen. I ultimately won’t be able to shop here in the future unless you fix this as I prefer a safer way of paying online than inputting my card info. Thanks.
