Deed of Trust Omdömen

Helpful, responsive and prepared the documents super quick.

Fantastic experience with this company. Bully was attentive, patient and very knowledgeable. Considerably cheaper than High Street solicitors as well!

Bully Rai was very helpful and knowledgeable

Great experience with Deed of Trust! Bully looked after us with great knowledge and the whole process from start to finish was very quick, getting the deed sorted in under a week. Would recommend!

It was the first time I used this service and I'm very happy with the outcome. Bully ensured that everything ran smoothly and answered all of my questions without issue. Would highly recommend!

From start to finish it's been a great experience. Bully has gone above and beyond on the level of service provided. Very patient in ensuring that I fully understood the procedures. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent efficient service from start to finish. I have used Deed of Trust several times and always had a fast efficient service so I would highly recommend them.

Quick, simple, professional and an exceptional price. Something you never get from law related firms. 100% recommended.

Just wow... I have been putting off doing this because I thought it would cost a fortune, take a stupid amount of time and involve endless phone calls to solicitors... then I was referred to these people. Quick, easy, all over email and a one size fits all very reasonable fee. Thank you so very much!

Really pleased we went with Bully, I now won't go anywhere else. Everything was made very clear and easy to execute our end. It was also excellent value as well. Highly recommended!

This was the second time I've used Deed of trust to draw up a Deed for me. Bully is sensitive and extremely helpful, taking time to explain any queries in a clear and straightforward way. Documents were provided very quickly. Highly recommend the service.

Exceptional service at a great price!
Bully was very helpful. Everything was done in less than a week.

Would recommend highly!

Just had an update to my Deed of Trust done by Bully. As always, excellent service, quick and no problems. Would recommend very highly

very quick and helpful. would highly recommend

Exceptional service at a great price - not something you hear much of, these days. I have had 3 deeds of trusts completed - one in November 2024 and in December 2024 and in February 2025. All of them were done quickly and accurately. I also spoke to Bully @ Deed Of Trust and was given clear and simple information to help me to proceed. I would 100% recommend this service.

This is the first time I've ever needed to draw up a deed of trust on a property purchase and not surprisingly I had quite a few questions to ask along the way. I spoke several times with Bully who was very patient , very knowledgeable and very helpful. I'm really pleased with the service I've been given and think the value for money is superb. I would not hesitate to recommend Deed of Trust and I'm sure I will be using them again.

It was super easy, efficient and speedy service. I was wary of using an online service but the cost of drawing up a deed with a local solicitor was so expensive I took a risk. Bully Rai responded within 48 hours (may have even been 24 hours) and all of my requirements were completed in less than a week - and that is probably down to me being slow in returning the necessary information! Excellent service, value for money and would definitely recommend Bully Rai.

Bully was helpful from the off. Everything was done in a week. We wanted a simple Deed of Trust. We had been dealing with a solicitor since October and hadn't got anywhere! Bully was on it, we received, agreed and signed in 5 days. Bully also gave clear understandable advice which has given us peace of mind. Would not hesitate to use again if needed.

Highly recommended!
Very efficient service both in getting the first draft and in finalising the document.
Bully was responsive to my questions which ultimately resulted in a concise and well-drafted Deed.

I've used Deed of Trust twice now, both on quite different cases and both times Bully has been very helpful and accommodating.
