Deed of Trust Omdömen

I asked a solicitor for a quote for a deed of trust and it was more than double the price. The service was quick and efficient and they were prompt to answer any questions we had. I have used their service twice and it was seamless both times.

What an incredible service.
I submitted the form online and (some how) made loads of mistakes.
The guys at DoT contact me, fixed all the issues at no additional cost and super quick!
The service I received was incredible. Fast, efficient and accurate.
Having submitted to HMRC, everything was perfect.
Also, the communication was excellent and swift.
Thank you so much for your help.
Would definitely recommend.
Oh and a lot cheaper than going to a financial advisor.

Excellent service at a reasonable price

Bully was quite responsive and quick to work out the right document that I needed.

I would highly recommend him!

Bully drafted my Declaration of Trust in a very professional and informative manner. From the first consultation to the final signing, the firm made the entire process clear, transparent, and stress‑free. Every clause was explained in plain English, and they took the time to ensure I fully understood my rights, responsibilities, and future implications. Their attention to detail and commitment to protecting my interests were outstanding. I highly recommend this law firm for anyone needing trust‑related legal support.

Decided to go with deed of trust as their quote to complete the deed was a quarter of the price my solicitor quoted.
Bully was prompt with his emails and delivered exactly what was required
Would definitely recommend Bully Rai

As usual, Bully Rai has delivered a great service - friendly, informative and efficient. Why use a general conveyancing solicitor “service” (where in practice you are effectively dealing with clerical staff and AI) when you can go to professional expert at a fraction of the cost and a multiple of the quality?

After receiving a quote of almost £1,600 to write a declaration of trust with another solicitor, we opted to use deedoftrust.co.uk. Bully Rai helped us along the way and was amazing. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone needing a declaration of trust written at a very good price.

Excellent experience with Bully Rai, timely drafting and to the point, addressed all queries. Top job.

This application was really easy and quick to do. Bully Rai was really quick at replying and really helpful with sorting out our Declaration of Trust! I would definitely recommend others to use this service.

This company was first brought to my attention on social media (Facebook) and in particular via recommendations on the various landlord groups I am on and I am so happy it was! The owner , Mr Bulwant Rai, aka Bully Rai, is brilliant as I needed him to draw up a deed of trust for me. The deed of trust was not a straightforward one however between Bully and I , we were able to find a solution and Bully personally always responded to all of my emails himself either on the same day or within 24 hours which I was not expecting as he is the owner of a busy company. All of his advice was considered and accurate and his comms excellent. He was able to draw up a deed of trust for me for £180 last month (June 2026) which is very reasonable considering if you used a high street solicitors practice or conveyancer for a deed of trust , you would be looking at £300+. His company website is also very good and user friendly as you have to apply/fill in the online application form and then submit it for Bully and his team to prepare the deed of trust. Throughout the process I was kept informed via text messages and emails and everything was completed within 3 working days without me having to chase. Overall, Bully truly provides an excellent service and I highly recommend him—he is extremely knowledgable and very responsive —thank you Bully!

Bully was very quick with his responses and made the process as easy and simple as possible. He understood our situation and delivered exactly what we needed. Amazing service and would recommend to anyone looking to do a Deed of Trust.

I recommend it, he included many of the clauses I requested.
He was very polite, unlike many other consulting services.

Quick turnaround, clear instructions, great value for the price. Bully provided a great service with the whole package, including the forms and guidance for the HM Land Registry application too.

Having made several enquires with high street solicitors who were extremely expensive, I decided to use Deed of Trust. What a great decision that turned out to be. Bully was excellent in preparing my Deed and answering all my queries. It was simple, fast and efficient and absolute value for money.

Excellent service received, and Bully who was dealing with my Deed of Trust was very helpful in every way from start to finish. I could not have gone to such a Excellent company and the Excellent member of staff that completed my Deed of Trust. I would recommend this company to all family and friends. Keep up the good work and the Excellent service you are providing

Fantastic service. The entire process was really straight forward, and I was provided with full instructions on how to execute. Really pleased with how quick and simple the process was.
