My partner and I recently bought a house and needed a deed of trust as we are making unequal contributions towards the deposit.
After much searching online, the large majority of law firms were charging £300+ for a deed of trust. That is quite a lot, especially when you're purchasing a new house and have other expenses.

Deed of Trust completed my deed for under £200 and it is completed to an exceptional standard. Don't be fooled by the low price - You will definitely get a professional service that will have a new deed in your inbox within a few days of contacting them.

The solicitor that completed by deed was named Bully and he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish! He communicated quickly through email and when I was a bit confused with the wording in the deed, he called me and explained everything thoroughly. I very much appreciated the call.

5 star service for a great price, I couldn't be happier!

I can't recommend enough. We were sent the standard template of a Deed of Trust according to our specifics initially but we actually had questions and amendment proposals and Bully guided us through along the way with kindness and patience. Fast, knowledgeable and professional - a truly trustworthy experience that won't give you any headaches.
