D B Roberts & Partners Omdömen

Emily has been very supportive and communicative from the very start. She keeps me updated every step of the process. Shows understanding and empathetic.

A huge thank you to Bethany for dealing with difficult tenant situations so professionally and efficiently. Keeping me updated at all times, explaining the processes and taking the stress out of the situation. I would definitely recommend using D B Roberts as your letting agency.

The whole process was very straightforward and Emily was very friendly and helpful. Made the somewhat intimidating experience of putting in an offer for a first home a pleasant one.

Great competitive prices, with someone always there at the end of a phone line throughout the process

Probably the best lettings agent we have experienced, Nicole is fantastic and always proactive.

D B Roberts & Partners have help us to find a tenant with a better deal within a month. The communication during the process was excellent. We are very happy with the services. Thank you very much!

Replied immediately, very friendly and helpful.

The DB Roberts team is superb.they have thier tenants clients at heart.
At point where they wish to give me the house but for landlord's decision, they still cared for me and wish I get a place to rent.i really appreciate all the staff effortlessly magnificent especially Tia.
God bless you Tia and your team for your kind words

Brilliant service and always answering my questions quickly. Bethany is really helpful and I never need to worry about my property or my tenants as any issues are resolved quickly and with minimal input required from myself.

DB Roberts have been a great estate agent while we've been renting. Specifically Megan Hickling and Bethany Stevens have been incredibly helpful and really friendly throughout our tenancy.

I honestly could not fault! Lottie and Dan have been great. Lottie provided constant updates even when i wasn't chasing and if she was ever out of office she made sure a colleague was looking after the case for us. Thank you for your help!

Best estate agents ever! Been in one of their rental properties for the last 3 years and I can honestly say it's been bliss. I hear/read horror stories from others about their experiences with agents and landlords but never had any negative experience with DB Roberts. They are very prompt in response to problems and go above and beyond to get things fixed. Sorted my blocked drainage on short notice over a weekend. They take their clients comfort seriously.
They'll be the first ones I'll call as soon as I get my own property.
Special shout to Nicole Stiller......She's the best!!

Thank you DB Roberts

Excellent quality and speedy service

Andrea has been very friendly and helpful. Excellent communications.

Tia has concluded a couple of tenancies over the last few weeks, and the communication from start to finish has been exceptional.

I have been renting my flat with DB Roberts for nearly ten years now. First Lisa and now Nicole have been extremely helpful. They have dealt with multiple repairs, and tenancy changes, always swift and professional.
It is fair to say that I would not be able to keep the flat rented out without them.

I spoke to Nicole at DB Roberts early Saturday morning to report an urgent repair and within less than 2 hours a plumber had called me to say they were on their way to fix the repair. By Saturday afternoon the repair was completed. Prompt professional and understanding honestly can't thank DB Roberts enough!

Cannot recommend Andrea enough :)
Always smiling always helpful; guided me through each step and was always available for any advice I needed

Highly recommended Andrea and her team ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing service, right from the first visit for valuation. Superb communication, lots of viewings planned and confirmed by texts, delighted that the house sold on first viewing!

Jessica has been an amazing to deal with. She has always been very friendly and professional throughout the whole selling experience. We received prompt calls/emails to book viewings and her negotiation between potential buyers was brilliant. 12 days on the market and we were sold! Thankyou Jess, you have been wonderful.
