D B Roberts & Partners Omdömen

We initially thought our probate sale would be straightforward, but a large stock of similarly sized new-build properties on the level market meant it proved trickier than we’d hoped. However we appointed DB Roberts after meeting 4 agents in total as they seemed very professional, realistic in terms of achievable sale price, and very responsive - all combined with a fair price. We had unavoidable issues with our sale (cancellation of purchasers’ sale at last minute!) but they were very practical and got a regular range of good quality viewings throughout the process. They also liaised regulator with updates and useful overview on what the local market was doing. We finally achieved the price we wanted and we have happy new owners moving in this week. Highly recommended.

I’ve been with d b Roberts for a lot of years as a landlord, I’ve always been pleased and at ease knowing they do so much to help, always there when needed. Bethany is a fantastic person that helps 100% with any issue. Thank you so much. 😊

Bethany was extremely professional and helpful!
I would highly recommend DB Roberts Properties.

I have used DB Roberts as my letting agents for a number of years now. In all that time, I have found the service they provide to be very professional. My more recent interactions with Nicole have lived up to this. Nicole has dealt with my queries and property related issues very promptly. Tradespeople have been engaged swiftly ensuring work is completed with minimal disruption to tenants. Where there have been questions, Nicole has quickly had these answered.

Emily was very helpful and efficient, excellent communication and I was very pleased with the service received

The letting management team at DB Roberts, are the best I have had. Over 22 years I have contracted the letting of my flat to several agents.
Lisa runs a very good department, Nicole is very prompt, professional and a good listener. So she can resolve issues quickly and without drama.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you.

Amazing service by the lovely Tia. Helped me every step of the way to secure our new rental property, answered every question I asked and was fast at keeping me updated. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by herself, such a happy friendly lady! Super duper service from DB Roberts. 10/10 Thankyou so very much

Emily was very helpful, answered all questions promptly and worked hard for us. I felt we were in safe hands.

Efficient and professional throughout all stages of contact. It felt as though the team were interested in what we were selling and then passed their interest over to prospective purchasers culminating in many viewings. This experience was over a period of time not over just one day

From start to completion the staff have been first class. Not the easiest of sales, however, total professionalism throughout. Fantastic job guys, highly recommended.

Made sure all my questions were answered in detail as well giving a professional manner and made me feel at ease.

Excellent, friendly and helpful communication about my property with Jess at D B Roberts.

When my brother was taken seriously ill suddenly, Bethany Stevens the Property Manager was brilliant in helping me resolve his rental. He has been in hospital for weeks and his recovery is going to be many months meaning he's out of work and unable to run his rented house. Bethany was understanding of the situation and helped me sort everything quickly and fairly and got the house relisted to take the pressure off our family at a stressful time.
