My order was US636824, Golden Celebration and Bring me Sunshine two of them arrived in a lots of care. Very happy with my purchase. Now I am so sad that one of my purchase is Bring Me Sunshine, some of stems are turned to brown and black. No suck luck. Please give me advice. Thanks

I have loved Lady Emma Hamilton for years!! The beauty, the colors, the fragrance!! Phenomenal. I originally had two when I lived in Paradise. But the Campfire of 2018 destroyed our home including all my roses. Then we moved to Idaho, a much different climate. My Lady Emma could not withstand the rigid winters. Now I’m back in Paradise and ready to enjoy her wonderfully beautiful and fragrant ambiance again. Thank you!

Amazing customer service. When one of the roses I bought from them died within a few months. It was replaced as soon as the rose was available. And the roses I purchased from them this season were amazing quality.

The roses are beautiful and healthy, but their customer service is tops. I needed some roses that I had ordered as a gift delivered to my parents within a certain timeframe, customer service was very helpful and assured me they would be delivered well within the timeframe, and they were!

I love every thing about David Austin roses!!! 🌹 I had a very complicated order and all roses arrived at their destinations in good shape. The staff was very kind when I anxiously tried to micromanage. The roses are the best. I have a Gertrude Jekyll and a St. Swithin from previous years blooming profusely (for Colorado) and I am a happy customer.

I would say be patient in getting all of your roses if you ordered several at once. I should have been more patient!

Customer service is not so good. I placed an order for four roses. I received two, no mention of the other two. I tried to call the lines are down for some reason you have to email. Didn’t get a response but about two weeks later received one more but still no mention of the last one.
I have no idea if there is an issue or what. Last one is bare root and those were bare roots that were sent first. Not sure why I didn’t get it at that time. But I can’t get ahold of anyone!

My Poets Wife Rose tree 36 inches bare root, never came alive it's been in the ground for 2 months. I sent pictures and emails even tried calling. The phone never works.
