I have several David Austin roses. They are all beautiful. They get more beautiful with each passing year. Although I love them all, the Frida Kahlo is my favorite,

When they actually ship the product, they usually do a good job. Their bare root roses are generally strong, and I’m very happy with the Olivia tree rose I received. However, reliability and consistency have been ongoing issues. My orders have been cancelled every year, and the last two orders were cancelled despite being placed months in advance. I’ve also received mismarked roses in the past.
Customer service is slow — it took four days to reach someone by phone, and my email was never answered. When they finally did respond, they cancelled my order.
Their potted roses are extremely small for the price, especially compared to other vendors. I now only shop here if it’s something I cannot get elsewhere, since my other online vendor has never cancelled an order or sent a mismarked rose.

Roses are always gorgeous and grow well

Roses came in, in better than excellent condition. We followed all directions and were more than satisfied.
I lost all my roses I purchased previously due to last years horrendous weather here. Have decided to try again slowly. Thank you for your excellent directions.

I ordered a Munstead Wood rose which I really really wanted!
Was so disappointed when I received an
email saying DA was not shipping because the Munstead Woods were not up to snuff.
But I received a refund and ALSO a free rose for my trouble. Above and beyond!

Maybe that Munstead Wood will be available next year…

I have ordered, planted and tended over 2 dozen David Austin Roses. They always arrive beautifully and thrive in my garden. Regular pruning and fertilizing required, but such a reward to grow and enjoy David Austin Roses.

Took long for anyone in USA David Austin to respond to my email. Disapointing.

I love buying my roses from David Austin you can’t beat the warranty and the quality of the roses was great, misted the root ball until I could plant, in ground now it already filling in nicely will be full of roses soon.

Amazing customer experience - whether it's getting quality roses or getting responses from their representatives on questions about shipping. Just planted the rose roots recently and I'm already seeing the leaves grow. Looking forward to great smelling roses in our yard.

Unfortunately, all the the quarter sized roses that were shipped were in very sad shape when they were delivered to me. I’m a long time David Austin customer & rose grower. The roses were infected with black spot & fungus. I literally had to carefully remove all of the foliage on each plant.
I have quarantined all 4 of them & sprayed them with half dose of need. I can only hope with time they will survive & new leaves will follow.
I am really disappointed with the quality & very small immature roses that were sent in your name. They are not the high quality that I have long respected from David Austin.

Excessive and ridiculous packaging! Each container of rose food was wrapped around and around with layers of bubble-wrap and lots of tape. The rose food is dry and already comes in a sturdy plastic container. Why the ocean of plastic bubble wrap and miles of tape?

All of my roses from both orders showed up in great condition, the quality was 5 star. They are all growing vigorously. Blooms everywhere. Everything was delivered at a great time of the year for my zone. I even recieved a mis labeled rose that wasn’t what I ordered. But it was taken care of quickly and efficiently with no fuss. I will always buy my David Austin roses directly from David Austin.

Customer service was quick to email me back about the availability of a Rose I saw on Gardeners World. Asking when the David Beckham rose would be available in the USA. Unfortunately not yet. They test roses in multiple market and zones before opening them up to order, sadly not this year but a quick answer was perfect

Placed an order for x 3 types of Roses. Two of them did not grow. Scepter D"Isle and Tottering by Gently. I planted all three as soon as I received in organic potting soil, fertilized back in April.
Have emailed David Austin Roses USA with order number and received no response. Have tried to call three times to the USA customer service line. No one ever answers the phone and after 5 minutes automated system hangs up on you. Last time I will buy from David Austin Roses. Very disappointing, be aware of their very poor customer service if something goes wrong.
Roses are not cheap either. Website says they will replace if Roses don't grow but you can never speak to anyone. Just a rip off.

I have purchased over 40 roses from David Austin in Texas. All orders were received in perfect condition. The roses were packed well, all alive and thriving in the Midwest US. The colors and scents are just as described. The performance of David Austin roses is superior to box store brands. The price is as inline with other brands for such quality. I keep buying more.
