After constantly chasing multiple…
After constantly chasing multiple invoices dating back over 6 months and getting bit payments at best. As from the start of January I received no payments I was starting to get seriously concerned about the balance of £20k. Chloe and Katrina got onto the case, the dept was payed within 48 hours. I just wish I'd chased this sooner as it would've saved a lot of sleepless nights. Can't thanks you guys enough. hopefully I won't be needing your services again, but if I do I won't hesitate to get in touch.

Very fast debt recovery.
This is the first time I have used Darcey Quigley & Co. The experience has been first class, my contacts, Chloe Hogg and Stephanie Cameron are an asset to the company. I was guided through the process as to the required paperwork which I was able to upload to their site. I sent the information on February 3rd and received payment from my customer on February 5th. I can honestly say that I cannot recommend Darcey Quigley & Co enough, or give my personal case agent, Katrina Butler, any higher praise. As someone who has never been in the situation of having to take such action, I was as much a novice as she was superb. Having explained the process thoroughly, and very clearly, she took complete charge of my problem. Her determined professionalism was immediately apparent, and I had daily updates, sometime more than that, on developments. I can’t thank her enough for very rapidly, and successfully, sorting a problem that had been dragging on for months. I hope that I don’t need such help again in the future but, if I do, I know who I’ll call first!

Positive Outcome
We instructed Darcey Quigley to contact a customer who was not responding to our telephone calls/emails. It was a very straight forward process.
