There were problems getting what I…
There were problems getting what I actually ordered,although the customer service staff did what they could to put put things right.Only one water butt delivered when a pack of 2 was ordered.I had to send it back so they could send 2 more out.They arranged pre-paid label and courier pick up.New order turned up but the lids don’t fit properly,but can’t be bothered to complain as I would like them filled up with water before winter ends.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry for the issues you experienced with your water butt order. I understand how frustrating it must have been to receive only part of your order and then have to wait for a replacement.
I tried to contact you by telephone and left a voicemail while we investigated the issue with both our warehouse and delivery partners. A replacement set was subsequently arranged; however, I'm sorry to hear the lids on the replacement items were not fitting correctly.
We appreciate your comments and will use this feedback to help improve the handling and delivery of larger multi-part orders.

Speaking with the company was easy by telephone and they answered my questions satisfactorily. The roller cabinet toolbox I purchased is good quality and reasonably priced. The delivery was excellent, very prompt. Highly recommend Cromwell Tools.

Having reviewed the order, I understand that an amended purchase order was submitted requesting that the outstanding balance be cancelled and that the revised order replace the original. Unfortunately, this was not processed as intended, which resulted in duplicate items being supplied.

We're sorry to hear of your experience, Steve. After investigating, we found that DHL were unable to locate the delivery address and, following two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the goods were returned to sender. We have tried to contact you and left a voicemail to discuss this further.
We have also emailed you for confirmation of the delivery address and asked whether a What3Words location can be provided to assist with any future delivery. We're awaiting your response so we can arrange the most suitable resolution for the returned items.

Thank you for this purchase; despite a delivery delay it arrived intact.
The unit was set up in a small sealed room, vented correctly.
The AC function appears to work well, however in heating mode the performance was inadequate. It was set to 31C and left for 4 hours, by which time the room temperature reached 27 C. Local temperature was approx 20 C.
As I was planning to use the unit as an all-season climate controller, it would not perform well in colder months.
